Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Felipe.
Bed is big and comfortable. Huge area to chill.
Kitchen facilities could improve. The quality of pots and pans is quite bad.
Air-con broke down one of the days and it was a lilttle unbearable to sleep at night.

Great location, great facilities, and the staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgable! Our only regret was not staying longer!! The place was clean, has a lovely pool/bar area, and they provide a good breakfast! ☺️

nice dorms with big beds and lockers by the bed, spacious kitchen and common areas. they send you information about activities in San Gil by whatsapp before you arrive
the bathrooms were FILTHY (and i have a high tolerance to dirt). i only saw them clean once during my 6 day stay, and i constantly had to be telling the staff 'the waste baskets are full, there's no paper left' etc.
when you ask something, you have to repeat it many times before it gets done
