About this house rental

Located in High Falls, this lovely house for $399 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. We welcome you to our spacious three bedroom Arts and Crafts home, perfectly located in High Falls on seven beautiful wooded acres. We love relaxing on the enclosed back porch and listening to the stream below, exploring the woods around the house, and playing on the sprawling lawn with our children. Pick raspberries around the property in the summer or sit by a cozy fire in the fall! The house is appointed with stylish, modern furniture. The living room has a fireplace and 42 inch flatscreen tv with access to Netflix. It has three large bedrooms with a king bed, two queen beds and a bunk bed for the kids. The full bath has a large bathtub for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring. The kitchen is fully stocked for those who love to cook and you can share meals with friends or family at the beautiful dining table. There is also a large table on the back porch where we like to eat meals in the warmer months. Families with children will find a pack and play, toys and books. Close to hiking, climbing, farms, and great restaurants, the home is in the middle of all the Hudson Valley has to offer! Favorite destinations like the Mohonk Preserve and Lake Minnewaska are nearby. A couple of miles down the road is the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail, where you can walk, run or bike over the glorious Rosendale Trestle. In the summer, splash in the High Falls just down the street.

We had an amazing time staying at this house. It was well equipped and perfect for our group. . We went to the area to go to the Rosendale St., Festival and it was a perfect location and had everything we needed! It exceeded our expectations! absolutely would stay here again!

Perfect location for Hudson Vacation
The house reminded us of our childhood homes in PA. Beautiful yard ,laying out in the Sun-room listening to the creek while watching deer and turkeys. Each night a fire in the hearth watching movies after a day of hiking the many trails of Ulster County. Perfect location for venturing out to Bethel woods, Opus 40, Old Dutch church , and great restaurants. We even located Big Pink and took a picture in front of the basement. We recommend you stay at the Arts and Craft House if you are planning a Hudson Trip. Rachel and Chris are very helpful and fast to response to questions.
