Very large, quiet, and clean room with, as the proverbial icing on the cake, also a vey nice view.
Large comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette, Easy parking. Good breakfast.
Very friendly staff, even if not always present on site.
Superb location for a hiking weekend in the Eifel area.
Communication via Booking.com messaging is not ideal - for some messages I received no notification, only seeing them later on. This very probably was more of a Booking issue then a hotel one, however.

We've stayed here before and were quite surprised to be in the same room again! Plenty of space in the main room with a small kitchenette and bathroom of adequate size. The large room looked out over open countryside and we had a balcony. The room itself had plenty of wardrobe space, seating and dining area and a nice large and very comfortable bed. The arrival instructions were extensive and exemplary, everything is done by code numbers to get in. The property is within 5 min drive of small town and autobahn in the other direction. Plenty of parking available and the breakfast area (which we did not use) looked stylish and typically German with lots of wood panelling. Monika, our host, keeps an excellent hotel, it's so quiet here! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

The place is magical! I was surprised how they made such beautiful and modern place in a perfect balance with nature and landscape. Me and my wife were stunned by this place. Surely a place to keep in mind in our next trip around Germany and Vulcan lakes.
Unfortunately there was just one blanket. I guess they were prepared for a solo visitor not a couple, but it wasn’t something that avoid us to have a great experience.
