Great

We had a great time with friends in this nice house and went for a sailing race in Mar Menor. The house has everything you need. It has a nice little garden, a great terrace, a good jacuzzi and there is a swimming pool. Don't expect something very luxurious, but great value for your money.

Lovely villa next to heated pool.

Fantastic location 10 minutes walk to Roda Golf clubhouse. A 5 min. drive to major stores Aldi, Lidl, Supermercadio. And 5 min from beach. Villa next to Pool and lovely roof terrace to relax.

A couple of minor things needed fixing.
