The apartment was very large and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. It was clean and had everything you needed in it. The parking space was great and the closeness to the old town is unbeatable. We lived our stay, loved the welcome guide will all needed information too. For breakfast you can order directly from the accommodation or walk 5 min to the bakery in the old town. There is no supermarket directly in the town, but we stopped on the way in one of the neighbouring villages. As other reviews said, one of the fully functioning bathrooms is in one of the rooms, for us it was ok because we used that room just for the bathroom as we had 2 other bedrooms.
I fully understand the need to sort the trash, but i would have appreciated to have a possibility to throw away all the types of trash on the property before leaving and not just the food waste.

Wir haben als Familie einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Maeva verbracht. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an freundlich . Die Schlüsselübergabe über die Key-Box hat problemlos funktioniert und uns eine flexible Anreise ermöglicht.
Die Lage der Villa ist wirklich traumhaft: direkt unterhalb der Altstadt von Riquewihr gelegen, sodass man das besondere Flair des Ortes wunderbar genießen kann. Besonders schön fanden wir auch die Terrassen, die wir sehr gerne genutzt haben – ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und um die Umgebung auf uns wirken zu lassen.

The beams are all over the apartment. It is not suitable for adults. The description and photos are misleading. We were expecting a ground floor room.
