The space and the location are excellent. It is even more beautiful than the photos, especially the staircase when you enter and the arched ceilings. The interior is spacious, over 2 floors and a rooftop terrace. There is a shower on the terrace which was a nice surprise.
The kitchen was stocked enough to prepare simple meals. The place was generally very well equipped. The host was excellent at communication with prompt responses.
The place had not been properly cleaned, there was sand and dirt on the floor and in the sink, as well as on the sofa. We notified our host and they sent cleaners first thing in the morning since we had arrived late in the evening. The host was apologetic and helpful, but should hire reliable cleaners, because even after the second cleaning, it was not done properly and I mopped the floor myself.
The hairdryer does not work - it over heats after a minute or two and needs to cool down for 10+ minutes. This is problematic so I went to a salon for a professional blow dry service. The washing machine also does not drain properly, every cycle ends in an error. After several tries I gave up and did not wash again.
The pillows were a little bit hard, and it would be nice to have some extra pillows if you want to sit up in bed and read.
Overall, I would stay here again, just hoping for better cleaning.

Plein de charme, fidèle aux photos, grand et bien équipé, au calme malgré une rue commerçante juste à côté, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’accès autonome avec la boîte à clé est appréciable. Le toit terrasse est très agréable et apporte un atout charme supplémentaire. En plein centre du quartier historique, nombreux restaurants et commerces aux alentours, nous sommes restés 4 jours et nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans ce logement.
La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas et la plage annoncée à 50m n’est pas accessible. Travaux d’aménagement en cours, nous avons dû chercher un moment pour trouver une plage. Le stationnement est assez éloigné, notamment les rues que l’hôte nous avaient recommandées car du fait de ces travaux, le passage piéton qui mène à l’appartement est barricadé. Places payantes(entre 1€ et 2€ de l’heure) mais nous avons fini par trouver un parking gratuit à 15 minutes à pied. Malgré tout nous avons apprécié notre séjour, beaucoup de points positifs.
