This can be subject to change A stone's throw from the ski slopes, our lovely apartment is situated on the second floor of this 4* complex with its own a-la-carte restaurant and bar as well as free use of the swimming pool, gym, wellness area with sauna, spa and steam room. The 70sq.m fully furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchenette and dining area (with cooker/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery etc), 1 bathroom and 1 extra toilet. Small balcony, wooden floors and full central heating throughout. Free wi fi access. Comfortably sleeps 4 with a double bed in the first bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. Cot bed can also be provided. The apartment can also sleep 2 more with the double sofa bed in the living room. NB. Please note, extra charge per person for any guests after 4 guests. This is detailed at the time of booking or send a message for more information. Heating and all linen and towels provided free of charge once every 7 days. Cleaning service, both during your stay and mid-stay should it be required, subject to small extra charge. Sensible use of water and heating is included in the cost to rent. Offering amazing access to the ski slopes (2 minutes' walk) as well as apres ski facilities, it is also perfect for hiking in the warmer months. Close to golf courses and spa areas. Within easy access to Bansko town centre, you will be able to sample the unique cuisine and culture of this ancient town. There are numerous bars, nightclubs and local taverns known as mehanas which regularly have live, traditional music played by local musicians. During the month of August, Bansko also hosts the increasingly popular National jazz festival. Apart from restaurants serving traditional local cuisine, there are Italian and Sushi restaurants in town. There are also numerous restaurants serving Italian food, a fast food restaurant and bars around the ski slopes. There is also an ice rink and sports shops in Bansko. If you are looking for a real experience of South Eastern European culture, Bansko is the perfect place for you. There is also underground parking available at 8 euros per day. There is a ski locker available in the building for use.

The apartment was in a great location for the Gondola, Apres Ski and only a short walk to the old town - giving the best of both worlds and a lovely contrast between the modern bars and restaurants and traditional Bulgarian Mehanas. We stayed as a family of four and the apartment was more than adequate for our needs. I cooked two evenings and found the kitchen equipped with everything. It was really lovely and warm on arrival, which was great given how cold it was outside! The heating was welcome all week after days on the slopes. Overall a really nice place and very convenient for everything you need for a ski holiday.

On arrival found the apartment to be warm, clean and perfect for what we needed as a base for our snowboard holiday. It is extremely well situated being a very short walk from the gondola and literally in amongst the main restaurants and bars. The apartment was also quite at night time, so you can expect a good nights sleep although if you want to beat the gondola queues be there early 7.00 am….or if you need a lay in go after 12.00.

This apartment is fantastic if you are planning a ski trip to bansko. Lots of space, we had 5 adults sharing easily. The swimming pool and sauna is great- although closed at the moment sadly due to covid restrictions. From a location perspective it is hard to beat being a 5 min walk to the gondola and right in the heart of the bars and restaurants in bansko. Look forward to staying again.

Great comfortable modest apartment apartment located next to the Amigo Pub and all the amenities of downtown Bansko. Perfect location with only a short walk to the Gondola and numerous restaurants. Owner was extremely communicative answering all of my questions prior to my stay and cared whether or not we enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was just right for my family of 4, with easy access to the gondola station, ski shops, supermarkets, old Town, restaurants (the one in the same block Penguins, is great) and the best bar in town, the Amigo Pub is right next door! Highly recommended!
