About this villa rental
Situated in Guia, this attractive villa for $5,327 per night is a great option for your next trip. Villa Jardim is a beautiful villa, well furnished, with unlimited free wifi and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room featuring a large pool and a garden where you can have your barbecue with friends and also games room with snooker, tennis-table, sky hokey, mini-foot. Situated on a gently elevated position overlooking the Salgados Golf course, Galé beach and the ocean beyond, and benefits from magnificent sunsets to the West. The villa is located on a small private estate with no traffic called "Friendship Farm", quiet and calm but still close to many amenities and the beautiful local beaches that are within a 5 minute drive. Outside Villa Garden is completely fenced and gated entrance leads to a small parking area right on the front of the villa. The south facing swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with sun loungers and shower. A brick barbecue with al fresco dining area can be found at the back of the property, just outside the kitchen, beautifully shaded by palm and pine trees. Underground Floor You will find the Rooms game: Snooker and professional table football, tenis table and sky hockey. Ground Floor Entrance hall. Living room with a quality sofa, samart tv and dining area. Kitchen with breakfast table, ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster and iron. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and 2 bath / shower rooms (1 en suite). First Floor There are 2 twin bedrooms, both en suite bath / shower rooms and private terraces with beautiful views across the Salgados golf course and sand dunes to the sea. Perfect house for a family vacation. Location very good. We where 7 adults and 2 kids. The pool and gaming room was awsome. Great kitchen with all you need to cook. Beds a little bit hard. Easy to get in contact with owner.

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday at Villa Jardim.
The villa is on a private road with a handful of other villas & set back from the main road in lovely gardens. The other villas were occupied but we didn’t have any noise issues at all whilst we were there.
The villa was very clean & there was plenty of space inside - a well equipped kitchen & comfortable lounge.
Lovely outdoor table on the patio which we used a lot but couldn’t sit out late because of the lack of outdoor lighting. Festoon lighting would look lovely in this area from the wall to the fence & would make a big difference.
The games room was great hit with both adults & children & the pool area was lovely, we slept most of our days round it!
A few of the sun loungers could do with being replaced but we could still use them for the children . There was only one large parasol at the pool & being a party of 8, another parasol would have been appreciated by us as it was particularly hot while we were there.
There are some lovely restaurants in the area. One thing to note is that they all close on different days in the week so we booked in advance to make sure we could get in - they get very busy!
A great time was had by all!

I’ll start with the positives:-
Beautiful external appearance to the villa
Impressive gardens
Mostly en-suite rooms
Good kitchen facilities
However for the price I expected better standards:-
No maid service mid week as stated in property info.
Very dangerous games room in basement massive leak coming from light switch above table tennis table causing flooding on floor - I slipped twice hurting my knee. Dangerous electrics
Outdated board games - mainly jigsaws from the 80:s
Cockroaches, spiders and massive ant problem - mentioned to owner who said he would bring some products, nothing materialised. Ant problem not just in kitchen but bedrooms too.
Villa has a dumpster for entire neighbourhood about 50m away - strong smell of cannabis from people standing there to smoke at various times of day.
One parasol for entire pool - On a base that does not fit the pole so it wobbles and is prone to snapping in wind.
Steps out of pool broken - owner aware but not bothered to fix
Noisy neighbours - overlooked from their balcony. Bunch of lads having noisy music well past midnight in adjacent villa every night. No one policing despite 10pm quiet policy.
Quite old sunbeds.
Tiny glasses for drinking out of - I like at least a pint size glass in the heat
Overall, disappointing. Not worth the price charged. Better deals about

This was our second time at this villa and it was as relaxing and comfy as the first time.
The villa is well maintained, clean, bright and perfectly laid out with everything you might need. Rui is an excellent host, unobtrusive but there if you need him. The private road where the villa is located is quiet. Vale de Parra is a three minute drive or a ten minute walk and there are four excellent restaurants within walking distance of the villa.
It’s the perfect villa to holiday in, whether a small group or large, facilities are there for all (including a very well stocked games room!!)
We love it - so much so we’ve already booked for 2023!

Amazing!
What an amazing place. We went with another family with children ranging from 5-9 years old. The photos do not do it justice, especially the interior which is HUGE! Really great location as well, we were 15 mins from everywhere. Brilliant we will defiantly be back and will be recommending too! Thanks!

Future prospective winter hirers should be aware that this property was built for the summer the house stays cold, ideal for the summer temperatures, however during the winter the property takes an age to get warm and it is open plan which makes it even more difficult.
Clarification is required on the electricity charge, the meter should be read with the hirer at the start of the contract and again at the end to determine usage and therefore charge. The meter system looks to be antiquated and we were left confused at what the final electrical charge would be.
The hosts and owner of the property were very accommodating and friendly. Bearing in mind the above we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a winter adventure

A nossa estadia correu na perfeição. A casa tem todas as condições para uma estadia em família, proporcionando condições para os mais pequenos como berços portáteis, cadeiras de comer para bebés, assim como pratos e copos. O espaço exterior é muito agradável com uma boa piscina, uma zona de relva e um espaço para refeições exteriores, junto ao BBQ. A zona de jogos com snooker, ténis de mesa, matraquilhos e outros jogos é ideal para uns momentos de lazer. Por fim, a simpatia, hospitalidade e disponibilidade do nosso host na resolução de qualquer dúvida ou problema contribuíram igualmente para a nossa estadia perfeita.
Por tudo isto, certamente um lugar a voltar.

Geweldig!
Een prachtig mooi en goed onderhouden villa, met alle gewenste luxe voor een goede prijs. Het huis en de locatie is gewoon echt Top voor een vakantie in Portugal.
Tijdens de herfstvakantie hebben wij met de familie híer een heerlijke vakantie gehad. De kinderen ( en uiteraard de oudere :) ) hebben genoten van hun eigen speelkamer en het grote buiten zwembad .
De villa zelf staat op een mooie rustige plek en alle populaire plaatsen zoals Albufeira of b.v Algarve Shopping en enkele andere mooie rotsstranden zijn op nog geen 10 minuten met de auto te bereiken.
De communicatie met de eigenaar Rui heb ik als erg prettig ervaren en bij vragen geeft hij snel een antwoord.
Wij komen hier zeker weer terug !

Sehr schön
Das Haus und die Anlage, sowie der Pool sind sehr schön und sauber und entsprechen den Beschreibungen. Die Größe ist für 7 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Es liegt zwar nicht direkt am Meer, jedoch ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb kurzer Zeit an den schönen Stränden der Algarve! Die Lage ist günstig und Ausflüge innerhalb der Algarve sind als Tagesausflug machbar. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.

Our second stay this year, third overall and again absolutely superb! The villa is equipped with absolutely everything you can imagine. A beautiful big garden with a fantastic pool and views from the front.
Rui and his GM cannot be more helpful and we look forward to seeing them again next year!

Stayed 20th July to 27th july 2019 and had a great holiday. There were 8 of us covering three generations of family. The villa had lots of space to accomodate us. Our grandsons, one aged 11 months and the other 8yrs old loved it. The pool was warm and large and lots of outdoor space to play. The games room was a big hit with everyone and gave some relief from the sun. The restaurant Museu dos Salgados nearby was fabulous. Afonso the manager was very efficient. We had no high chair for the baby and contacted him. One was delivered within 10 mins. He also went out and got us a brand new extension lead within 30 mins of asking if one was available. The photos on the website do not do the villa justice in my opinion. It's much nicer. Things that would add to the experience is a fridge in the games room, small amounts of basics like salt, pepper, tea bags.

Prachtige week, ondanks het weer.
Prachtige vakantiewoning. Luxueus afgewerkt, alles was aanwezig wat je maar kon denken.
Ook leuk was de speelgarage met tafelvoetbal, biljart, tafeltennis en darts.
Zwembad was een lust voor het oog, net als de tuin. In onze periode (begin april) was het echter te koud om te zwemmen.
Kortom een aanrader ! Ook service van de gastheer kan niet beter.

A great holiday!
We have just returned from a week’s stay in this villa and had such a great time! The villa easily sleeps 8 and accommodates in seating, bathrooms, kitchen equipment! Going with 3 generations of family this villa was great for all ages with the games room! Safe for the children and a perfect location to the airport, aldi, alberfuria old and new town and the beach! I would recommend a car but shop easily within walking distance. My only criticism was it was hard to join the road and when leaving turn right for your own safety and then head to the roundabout and go back on yourself! The bin area (2-3 minute walk on the main road) wasn’t also maintained however this has nothing to do with the villas owners: just wasn’t pleasant to dispose of your rubbish daily. Otherwise we couldn’t of asked for more, would recommend and will be returning next year!

we spent an excellent week at this property. Perfect for our family holiday with 4 adults and three children. A lovely spacious and clean villa with a large clean pool which was well used by us. The games room was a popular addition with the children. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and would love to return.
