Great place

Comfortable, close to beach, feels like home

Only 1 air conditioning in the center of the apartment. In order to cool all the rooms needs to keep the doors open during the night which is not that ok if you want privacy or have someone that snores 😀

10/10 would recommend and definitely will visit again!

Everything was great, the location is extraordinary-the beach is right next to the apartments in 2 minutes walk maybe not even 2 minutes. The hosts are very friendly, very welcoming and always there if you need anything. There is also parking available. We stayed at the small apartment but there was plenty room for everything, they have a cot available if you are traveling with a baby.

First of all, the location. The apartment is very close to the sea. Basically, you only have some trees between you and the wonderful view. For us proximity to the sea was a key element, as we needed flexibility in reaching the beach with the small children. I worked during our entire stay and I had the greatest office I had so far, using the large table on the huge terrace, with a view to the trees and the sea. Very thoughtful hosts, have two separate wi-fi areas, for the terrace/garden and within rooms, so I had access to great wi-fi (good also for video calls, zoom, teams, etc) irrespective of where I worked from. Nicely compartmented apartment, adequate for our two families. Free on site parking. It is not state of the art, latest modern furniture or equipment, or anything, and there are still a bunch of things that could be fixed or painted or invested in, but you can definitely see that there is dedication from the hosts to provide best experiences with what is available while keeping an accessible price offer. I warmly recommend the apartment (we had the large apartment on the first floor).

Terrible. Rust, corrosion and mould everywhere.

Nothing. Rust, corrosion and mould everywhere.

Everything rusty, corroded or moulded. Rusty door handles, kitchen and bathroom cabinet handles corroded, rusted chairs and water taps. Broken and dirty cabinets. Mouldy shower room. Even tea spoons were rusty. Fridge was with broken plastics and loud like a hammer drill. Water heater had to be switched in electrical panel, which also had a broken safety glass (no more safety glass). Within my 20 years of worldwide travelling this was the worst property I have ever stayed (even cheap properties in Latin America were better). Avoid!

Great location. We used the large apartment, which is on the upper floor and provides a great view and excellent comfort on the largest terrace in Halkidiki! Parking available.

No mosquito nets.

Great location, free parking, but not the best apartment in the house

This was our second time staying in the property. Location is really great and the hosts are nice. Giving it a rating of 8 because of location and cleanliness; but while our three-bedroom apartment upstairs in the same property last year was really great and comfortable, the two-bedroom downstairs facing the street was not as great.

Smaller terrace and no seating area inside this apartment. Some issues with mold under the sink and occasionally ants in the kitchen (the latter is probably a costal thing and generally not distressing). Very weak internet this year.

The location is excellent. The superb resort. The beach is great and very close to the location

In the three-bedroom apartment, one toilet is not enough for a minimum of 2 families.... I suggest a French model WC where there is a washing machine..

The property is 20 meters from the beach, but still in a pleasant street. Everything is nearby. There was free parking on the premises and also on the street.

Perfect for families with small children

Two bedroom apartment was ideal for our family. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and location is great. Nikos and his mother are really nice. Air-conditioning is efficient and each rooms has its own inner unit, which was convinient.

Our windows were next to the street so it was a bit loud from the traffic. Also, bedroom doors were hard to close, you had to use a lot of force. Suggestion for the host is to equip apartments with mosquito/fly swapper, we really needed one.

This apartment offers great value for money, for people who just need a place to sleep and be out all day beaching 😊

Great location for Nea Kalikratia, easy to find parking on the street. We had a small studio apartment for three, with a big terrace where we could chill at night and hang out. The apartment was newly furnished and clean. The owner was flexible with checkout, we asked what would happen if we arrive after 11pm and he responded “don’t worry just call when you get here”. He met us at the entrance and waited for us to leave on checkout day. I recommend this apartment as it’s a great value for money, for people who just need a place to sleep and be out all day beaching 😊.

It’s hard to say we didn’t like something because everything was as expected. A hairdryer would have been nice to have, maybe a tv so you can watch Netflix or listen to music, and some spare blankets as it got a bit chilly during our stay. However we had air conditioning and were able to warm the space up in no time.

The location of the property is excellent, right near the beach and easily walkable to bars and restaurants and shops . The owners are lovely and very accommodating.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, great location, great hosts - everything one may need for a shorter or longer stay.

A bit difficult to dry the bathroom after taking a shower, but I suppose it is not a problem during the summer months. Also, chairs in the kitchen could be higher (or the kitchen table lower) :)

We enjoyd a lot at Nikos place. He and his mother was very kind and helpfull. everything we asked they try to help us. The balkony just infront the beach and its a quit and nice neighberhood. tanks a lot

Everything was as described, Nikos is great host! The beach is less than a minute away, accommodation is very clean and you will find everything you need in there! We had perfect holiday and looking forward to come again!

Amazing location, fabulous balcony

Amazing location, right across from the beach, with a nice view of the sea through pine trees from a very large balcony. The kitchen has the utensils, pots, plates... You will have to buy basic condiments. Excellent wi-fi, and free parking. Great value for the money!
