Muy comodo el departamento, bien distribuido. Igual a como se ve en las fotos.
La ubicación es buena, aun caminando llegas rápidamente a la zona mas central
Solo por mencionar algo, un poco inestables las sillas de la cocina.

Appartamento molto carino, strutturato bene con camere spaziose, cucina e bagno. Appartamento molto accogliente e in posizione comoda. A 15-20 minuti di camminata per arrivare alla stazione/metro, e meno di mezz'ora per Spaccanapoli.
Il letto della camera grande era un po' "rimbalzante" ma abbiamo comunque dormito bene.
Spiegazioni ottime per entrare nella struttura.
Consiglio questo appartamento.
C'è stato un problema con lo scarico del water, ma il proprietario è stato molto gentile e tempestivo, ci ha risolto il problema in breve tempo.
Purtroppo trovare parcheggio è stato difficile, abbiamo preso per 3 giorni un parcheggio coperto a pagamento

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y fue muy cómodo, por lo menos para dos personas.
La cadena del váter dejó de funcionar y estuvimos más de 36 horas sin poder usar el baño.

Sehr saubere Wohnung, Wohn- und Schlafraum geräumig.
Wir hatten einen Tag vor unserer Ankunft die Code für den Schlüssel-Safe erhalten. Dieser hat aber nicht funktioniert. Per Whatsapp-Anruf haben wir von unserem Vermieter Stefano dann den korrekten Code bekommen.
Im Schlafzimmer hat das Klimagerät funktioniert. Im Wohn-/Schlafraum ließ sich das Gerät zwar einschalten, hat jedoch keine Wirkung gebracht. Das Gerät in der Küche ließ sich überhaupt nicht einschalten. Die große Kaffeemaschine in der Küche hat nicht funktioniert, sie stand nur im Weg. Auf unsere Nachrichten zu diesen Mängeln hat Stefano leider nicht geholfen oder sogar gar nicht reagiert.
Die Schränke in den Wohn- und Schlafräumen konnten alle nicht benutzt werden, weil sie entweder voll waren oder die Türen defekt.
