Un lugar para relajarse y disfrutar

Instalaciones bien cuidadas en un ambiente familiar campestre que te transporta en tiempo.

Que el restaurante tuviera hora de cierre y que dada su ubicación, el mejor lugar para comer es en el restaurante del hotel.

El lugar bien limpio y el personal de recepción A1 bien atentos. Recomiendo el lugar

Un poco de limpieza la piscina ya que había bastante hojas secas que caen de los arboles y recomendar una tienda o preparar cenas ya que se encuentra un poco distante a la ciudad

Excelente opción para una escapada a Ica

El hotel tiene piscina, jardines y espacios encantadores. El restaurant es excelente, sobre todo para la comida local. Excelente opción por el precio, ideal si uno cuenta con auto.

El hotel cierra sus puertas temprano y hay que comunicarse con recepción para que abran, el timbre exterior parece no funcionar muy bien. Sugiero cambiar las almohadas.

Very good

Very nice place. Rooms are small and they don't offer rooms with one bed. The rest of the facilities are nice and wine testing was a plus.

Very good

The staff was very friendly. The pools were also nice.

Breakfast is taken to one's room. The pool for children is also used by teenagers disturbing kids who are learning to swim. No hot water.

Secluded, relaxed environment.

Close to downtown Ica, secluded place easy to miss if not familiar with area.

Need a bit of updating on rooms, we stayed at room 112 and bathroom specially needed a bit of work…..hit water early morning was not available.

Do not stay there

The place is nice from the outside. But that is it

First when we arrived they told us that the 3 rooms we booked were not available anymore. After looking annoyed and 10 minutes of lonely talk from the guy, he finally said it was ok (???????) Going to our room we discovered that some people were partying next to our room. After entering the room and not finding the remote control for the AC we just called reception and they said it was 20 soles more to have the remote. So we went to reception to take the remote went up and the AC was not working so we called again and they said that “yes we know it is not working in all your floor there is nothing to do”……. But the best part of the stay was maybe those guy partying in the hotel and the hotel saying nothing UNTIL 7 AM !!!!!!!! Maybe I could talk about the fact that they tried to charged us an exchange rate higher than the current one ? Or the eggs and bacon at breakfast which were cold ? Or the dog barking next to us for a long time ?

Potentially very good but incredibly badly maintained and incompetent management

This is a hacienda style hotel that could be very nice if it were well managed and maintained.

When we arrived, on one of our rooms the wc was not working, water permanently running so we had to move to a different room. The other room was missing towels. But the worst was yet to come: from 2am - 6am there was a noisy party (violating local Covid regulation) next door, with a bunch of drunk people. No hotel staff was to be found to take care of the problem. We let them know the next day but there was no effort to make up for that. The next day, some thing, this time starting at 10 anticipating what was going to happen, we asked for a different room. However, the cleanliness of that room was bad, and we found ants and a cockroach. The bathroom door lock was broken too, so you had to be careful to not get locked in as the handle tended to fall off.

I would definitely return.

Nice green areas, pet friendly. Cheap. In house restaurant.

Problems with plumbing mostly, leaky bathroom sink, hot water was barely warm.

Very poor service, do not list this property with booking.

Breakfast was sent to the room in "to go" plastic bags. They do no want match the booking price, do not acept credit card, they want cash o bank tranfer.

Very good

The bedroom was neat and tidy, and the hotel is located on a very tranquil location

There was no towels on the bedroom, and the pool was kind of dirty with leaves. I think the bar should open longer hours during the weekend
