Spacious 4 bedroom townhouse with 4 roof terraces 4km from Mediterranean coast. The 3 storey property is located close to the centre of vibrant small town with all amenities,restaurants,bars and markets nearby.
All bedrooms are on the 1st floor, 3 with double beds and 1 with 2 singles, bathroom, separate WC and 'en-suite' second living room, large linen/storage room and courtyard also on this floor.
The 3rd (top) floor accommodates the living areas comprising the kitchen/breakfast area, the main living/dining, 3rd bathroom as well as the 3 open air terraces the largest of which is 42 sq.m.

We felt very comfortable. The town and the surrounding area are wonderful. Communication with the owners couldn't be better. We can only recommend it. The kids give a 10 out of 10.

We loved staying in Rue Michelet. The house is situated in a small and quiet street, only a few minutes away from the Promenade. It's is spacious place for our family of 6. The terrasses invite to enjoy wonderful times. Thanks for the stay to Niall & Pat!

We immediately fell in love with the house and the environment in which the house is nestled. The rooms and outdoor areas are designed very aesthetically and generously, the interiors and especially the kitchen with terrace radiated a lot of flair. The place itself impresses with the lively city center with all its weekly attractions (Market, concerts, dance) and the many cafes and restaurants. You are lucky if you are in Sérignan on August 16th, on this day the city is decorated with animal parades in honor of St Rochas. A big thank you to Niall and Pat. The uncomplicated and friendly care contributed to the charm and well-being of our stay. We enjoyed a wonderful three weeks and we will definitely be back.
