Villa Jaco Sol is a collection of three charming houses (casitas or bungalows) rented as one private home on an 8,225 sq. ft. property, located in a residential area in Jaco just a 7-minute walk to the beach (600 meters), and a 9-minute walk to downtown (750 meters). This vacation rental villa offers wireless internet throughout the property, dishwasher, ice maker and purified water dispenser, modern air conditioning (central and split units) and a grill.  Water is heated through solar panels, helping the environment. The property has a fantastic pool area with a beautiful free-form pool with a natural rock waterfall, plenty of lounge chairs, a floor umbrella, and a large garden table with ten chairs under a beautiful metal canopy that provides shade.  The entrance to the pool has a seat and then is sloped towards the deep end, with a metal handlebar for support. Next to the pool is a covered gazebo with bar and stools, equipped with a Weber gas grill (there is also a Weber 22 charcoal grill if you prefer it), a large cooler on wheels, a boombox, a half bathroom and an outdoor shower.
