The House is Simply beautiful, clean and a comfortable place for friends and families. There is everything to feel at home. The house can accommodate 6-8 people. There are two bigger bedrooms with a king and queen size beds in each and one smaller room with queen size bed. They are 2 full bathrooms and an amazing kitchen for all your cooking needs. The house is so much better in person, it was perfect. The neighborhood was very quiet and was in the best spot to visit Salem and Boston. The upstairs sitting room was a huge delight with all of the natural sunlight that comes in. When we go back I will definitely rent it again.

The house was beautiful! Vinroy was gracious, kind and very easy to communicate with. From the time of booking up until check out, the process was very easy! The property is located close to everything you’d ever need. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful house! Well stocked. Loved the quiet neighborhood. My only suggestion is that it needs some fans for air circulation for the main level as it gets really hot. Overall, a great place!

We loved our stay! We felt very comfortable, safe, and it was super clean.The space was absolutely what was promised. The beds were comfy and both bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen well equipped and the started supply of morning coffee was appreciated. Vinroy is an excellent host. This VRBO is one that lives up to expectations and beyond. By far one of the nicest rentals!

Good location to use as our base for 5 days in the Boston area. Easy access to the metro station as well as the highway.
Older house that has been tastefully renovated and updated.
We didn't use the backyard so can't comment on that space or the bbq.
Kitchen had what we needed for low key breakfast and any meals that we ordered in.
Prompt communication from host.
Wild turkeys in the neighborhood were an unadvertised and welcome photo opportunity.

Clean and well-updated, close to the orange line and hiking trails, in a beautiful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the stay and all the details that made us feel welcome. The upstairs living room was a great bonus!

Our stay at Nautical Homes in Boston was one of the best rental properties we've ever experienced. Vinroy was very attentive to my messages, their instructions were detailed and clear and the property was absolutely perfect! Extremely clean, beautifully decorated (even with gorgeous Christmas decorations!). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, tools, pots and pans. Since our daughter's family lives 4 mins away, this will definitely be our "go-to" home away from home. I felt so cozy and comfortable, I just wish I had more time to spend snuggled up in the beautiful living room! A great find for sure!

My husband and I rented the property to be close to our children and grandchildren for Christmas.
We couldn’t have been more please with the accommodations. The home is beautiful with an amazing fully equipped kitchen and 3 lovely decorated bedrooms. It was so comfortable and made us feel at home. We were thrilled to see a beautifully decorated tree in the bonus room. It was amazing. We were able to have a wonderful celebration with our family.
We will definitely book this home again next year.

Beautiful home, comfortable stay:)
This home provided the perfect place for my family to stay while for our long weekend in Boston! Our plans were mostly in the downtown Boston area (Fenway Park, Freedom Trail, etc), so the close access to the T-Station made getting downtown very easy for us. Then, being able to settle in a cozy home outside the city in a friendly neighborhood setting was ideal, with close access to a grocery store and a backyard where the kids could play outside after a day in the city.
The property was truly impeccable, clean as a whistle, and one of the best experiences we have had! We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay outside the city!

What a wonderful home!
College friends met in Boston for a long weekend. Home was spotless-spacious and so comfortable. Outside living space was great -furnishings-bedding and linens were top notch. Short ride to orange line of the T for quick ride into city. So happy we chose this home.
