Excellent property. Clean, comfortable, spacious and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to the beautiful lac du Montriond and not too far from Morzine. Would recommend.

Rien à dire. Mes jeunes enfants ont découvert les vacances au sport d'hiver et ils en redemandent. Chalet très bien équipé dans tous les sens du terme. Propriétaire à l'écoute et de très bon conseil surtout pour les fromages. A louer sans hésiter.

We stayed here as a couple with two young children. Apartment is in a lovely quiet location just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Morzine. I would suggest a car is essential. Apartment is bigger than the pictures suggest and it is well equipped. Yann was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Will certainly use as a base again in the future.

Yann’s place is really excellent. Well equipped with everything you need. A great kitchen and it’s so warm thanks to the pellet burning fire which was brilliant. Loads of room for us 4 though 6 would be perfect too. I’d definitely like to stay again. Yann was very friendly and helpful. Top spot in a really peaceful and beautiful part of the area. Thanks!

Bij aankomst waren de bedden opgemaakt en was alles brandschoon. Het appartement is gezellig, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft moderne goed ingerichte keuken. Bedden zijn ook uitstekend. Het appartement heeft mooi uitzicht op de bergen, 7 minuten met de auto van het skigebied. Het ligt in een rustig dorpje net buiten Montriond. Wij waren er als gezin met 4 jonge kinderen, het huisje was zeer geschikt voor dit gezelschap. Doordat de grote woonkeuken niet direct tegen de slaapkamers aan ligt konden ze lekker slapen zonder dat ze last van ons geluid hadden. Opa en oma logeerden aan de andere kant van het huis in een ander appartementje, dat ook aan te raden is.

Beautiful property in a stunning location. Excellent facilities, very well equipped, clean and tidy. Three bedrooms, one double, two single beds (that can be pushed together) and two bunks. Yann is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Good venue as a base for walking or mountain biking. Would like a little more detail in 'how to find it'. Great holiday had by all.

Bien que la photo du site ne représente pas le gîte qui se situe sur le coté du chalet, nous avons trouvé un espace très fonctionnel, très aéré et propre. Tous le matériel à disposition. Superbe isolation. A quelques minutes des pistes en voiture ou navette. Et puis l'ensemble des pièces est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Un (petit) bémol: les chambres sont un peu petites.

My wife and I have just spent a terrific three nights in Yanns rental flat in Montriand. The place is simply incredible and has been well decorated with all the little touches being taken care of. The immediate area is so serene and peaceful, we were blessed with three days of sunshine and warm temperatures. The flat is extremely well equipped in all respects, we lacked for nothing. Yann is friendly and a delight to talk to. We hope to do a return trip possibly as early as July. We took the nearby lift to Avoriaz and mingled with the skiers whilst in our shorts and sandals. I'm sure it's great in mid winter but there's something very special to be found here in the Spring and I can think of no better base of operation than Yanns flat. Thanks again for your hospitality.
