CHALET WITH SAUNA - MORZINE - 7 PEOPLE - CLEVIE CHALET 6/7 persons - **THE OWNER AGREES TO THE MULTIPASS 2024** Located at the entrance of Morzine, 100m from the free shuttle, 1700m from the slopes and shops, 100m from the bakery, Chalet Clévie offers you space and comfort for a family or a group of 6 to 8 people. The access to the slopes is easy and fast thanks to the free shuttles passing at 30m every 15 minutes. In summer, you can also enjoy the garden and access to the municipal swimming pool along the Dérèches path (games for children, animal farm, horse riding center, life course) which promises you a nice walk along the river. - 1 Fully equipped living room composed as follows: A fully equipped kitchen: oven, filter coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher A dining room with table and chairs A living room with a corner sofa, a television and a DvD player - 1 family room composed as follows: 1 single bed (90x190) and below a double bed (160x200), a chest of drawers. On the mezzanine 2 single beds (90x190). - 1 WC On the 1st floor - 1 separate WC - 1 Bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a chest of drawers and an adjoining bathroom with shower and sink. Outside: - A terrace with garden furniture and barbecue - A playground with swing and slide ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - WIFI - Dolce Gusto coffee maker - Raclette set 2x8 - Fondue set - Charbonnal bbq - Private parking not covered - Ski and bike room - Laundry room with washing machine and dryer - Wellness area with sauna and shower shared with the tenants of the chalet Manupa - Bed linen and towels NOT PROVIDED - Comforters and pillows for all beds DISTANCE INFORMATION: Distance to Lake Geneva: 37 km Distance to Lake Montriond : 7 km Distance to Morzine bus station : 1.3 km Distance to Thonon train station : 37 km Distance from Cluses bus station : 30 km Distance to Geneva airport : 80 km. Avoriaz cable car: 1.7 Km Cable car Super Morzine: 1.6 Km If you are more numerous, a single room called "l'Entre 2" with private bathroom and toilet is also available next to the Chalet Manupa and can accommodate 2 additional persons (2 single beds). The Alpeslocation agency offers you vacation rentals in Jean d'Aulps, Morzine and Biot, for successful winter sports or summer mountain vacations.
