Condo Features: 4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom Villa 100 Yards to Beach 2000 Square Feet / all on one level Large Kitchen / Dining area Washer and Dryer Laminate Wood Flooring What Does Myrtle Beach Villas Offer? Central Myrtle Beach location on Ocean Boulevard Close to grocery stores, drug stores, many restaurants Walk to the only area amusement park and to the BOARDWALK area Lazy River, 2 Hot Tubs, and Kids Splash Zone Common grilling area with picnic tables Covered and uncovered parking 3 Parking passes Elevator Check in time is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We make every effort to have your property available at 4 PM on arrival day, but circumstances occur where check in time may be later. We cannot guarantee a 4 PM check in time. No Pets No Smoking in unit. There is a $500.00 deep cleaning fee for any unit that is smoked in. No groups under age of 25 No House Parties Motorcycles Allowed No Trailers No Golf Carts When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals. All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

The property was clean and well kept. Except for a couple of cobwebs! Bring your own pillows if staying in this one the pillows provided are terrible.

Good location, good parking, but unit needs some care. Lazy River/ splash pad and hot tubs were well maintained. Management were very responsive and got us a new coffee maker within hours of our communication. Unit has spacious layout for a family. Overnight security were very effective in controlling noisy neighbours in the evening hours. Dishwasher plate drawer was rotted out and wheels were missing. Only had a 2 slice toaster that didn’t pop and a 4 slice toaster would have been more suitable for a 4 bedroom unit. Missing 4 light bulbs throughout the unit. Unit needed an in depth cleaning as there was dirt, dust, and mold in several areas. Found various items under the beds in 3 of the bedrooms and the couches had toys, socks, and food under the cushions. With a more thorough cleaning and a few improvements this unit would be a great experience.

Annual family vacation
The worst property we ever rented.
Upon arrival the door was supposed to unlocked at 4pm, it wouldn't unlock till 4:15, we were frustrated but not such a big deal. Untill we open the door to find one thing after another. The dirt, mold dust , the dirty pool, and the roaches. The lack of communication with the staff. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Only supplied 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 paper towels. No dish detergent, no other extra supplies, every VRBO I have stayed in had extra supplies, salt, pepper, hand soap, dish soap, extra toilet paper.
This was disappointing and annoying.
Location was decent, 20 minute walk to boardwalk, across street from beach with easy access.

We had a great time staying at your location. The rooms were great sizes. The only thing i wasn't happy about was that not all the jets were working in the tub in the master bathroom. Besides that we definitely will keep yall in mind the next time we come to visit.

While the unit itself was very nice and had so much potential, there were problems that caused hiccups in our vacation. First, the LARGE cockroaches were everywhere outside on the property. Twice we found them inside of the unit. On our 4th day, we awoke to the pool being closed and empty. It subsequently stayed closed for 3 days. Even after the pool reopened, the children’s play/sprinkler area never did come back on. While the kids were able to sit in the 1 foot deep water, the sprayers were disabled (this was one of the main reasons for selecting this unit as we had 4 small children). The day of checkout, the housekeeper knocked and proceeded to come into the unit at 8:30am, 1.5 hours before the listed checkout time, while we were still occupying the unit. At 9am, members of our family had come back to the unit from loading luggage into the car and were unable to get in as the door code had been deactivated. We are just thankful that my mother in law was still in the unit, otherwise we would have been locked away from our belongings, without texting the checkout code to the provided number, an hour before our posted checkout time. When attempting to call three times to complain, I would receive the “please continue to hold” standard message for 10 minutes before being directed to leave a message for a return call. However, this would be a waste of time, as in June when attempting to make the final payment, I had followed the same process, leaving my name and number three days in a row, with no return phone call. It took a fourth day of calling before reaching the office. The unit itself was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen had many surprising amenities that I needed for preparing meals and aren’t typically provided in rentals, however, there was not enough silverware for the advertised maximum occupancy of 10. This caused us to incur extra costs in purchasing disposable silverware. The unit was cleaned well upon arrival, however with the number of cockroaches, or palmetto bugs as well were told they are called, it made our family question if the cleanliness was only surface deep. The unit had the makings to be a great space for a family vacation, but there are definitely issues that need addressed before we could consider utilizing this unit again.

Great place for a big family like ours!
Loved this rental! We had our family of 7 staying for 10 days, we were so comfortable! Lots of room to spread out, but cozy enough to enjoy each other’s company. Location is perfect. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful experience!!! The apartment was very clean and you have everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook for you family !! There’s a lot of stores close to the property if you forgot or need something!!! The beach is crossing the street !!! We will recommend this place 100%

condo needs maintance interior doors are cracked handle broken. dryer was inop when i got there which was a inconvience . but was atteneded to a couple days later. overall a good place to stay .

Recently stay at Myrtle Beach Villas II
The condo overall was great. We really like the location and it was large enough to fit our 2 families. The only downside was one of our kids found a pair of ear buds (that weren’t his) in his bed. So we weren’t sure the beds were changed between guests. Everything else was good and worked well.

overall it was great, weren't many people in town, but the walls are thin. the kids loved the pool area, it was clean, and the sofa was comfortable. we would book again.

Well maintained but for the price there were issues.
Property was clean and well maintained. Internet was a huge issue ... very slow and constantly dropping. This was a huge issue for my son as he could not access the PS4 network because of its limitations ... very disappointing. Was not able to access the pool until almost 11am one day ... lots of frustrated visitors. Pool area needs additional chairs as there were multiple days that we were unable to find a place to sit. Overall we had a decent week but based on the problems we had however not sure we will visit this location again.

Had a great time. Kitchen was supplied very well. If possible room darkening curtains would have been helpful in master. Bright lights right outside window. Also a small note card with operating TV instructions would have sped up our learning time. Great place! Love the small children play area splash zone at pool and lazy river.

Good condo in a bad location
The property is large and well maintained. It's within walking distance of the beach and an amusement park. My only reason for giving this 3 stars is due to the traffic noise. The condo is on the first floor immediately next to the main road along the beach and we were continually awakened throughout the night by shouting, motorcycles, etc. If you are normally up until 2 AM, this won't be an issue for you. I'll look for a place outside of town the next time I go.

Stumbled on this condo late, but glad I did...nice & roomy environment looking over the kiddie pool & lazy river. Also great view of Ocean Blvd , just steps from the ocean. Family of kids & grands loved it . Most definitely will be booking again

We found the villa just as the description states. Clean and equipped to service our family. Internet worked great and lazy river hit the spot when not going to the ocean across the street! We will see you next year!!

perfect family beach villa - steps to everything
LOCATION - chose this villa because it is literally across the street from the beach access which was great for shuttling between the beach and villa with babies/toddlers.
LOCATION - it is also just a few blocks from Family Kingdom which the kids of all ages enjoyed.
LOCATION - didn't realize this until we got there, but this balcony directly overlooks the kid area of the pool. We literally watched our kids play in the splash park while relaxing in the rocking chairs. Such a nice perk!

Great Location
This condo has a great location with lots of room. There are four bedrooms with baths and a large kitchen and living room. The deck overlooks the large pool. You are across the street from the ocean and walking distance to places to eat. We will return to this property .
