Spacious place, nice living room.
The bathroom in one of the rooms had a strange smell and the shower situation was very uncomfortable. The sink was also clogged. Overall the apartment was spacious and nice, but the bathroom was a downside.
The host also was not very friendly and was quite rude when we arrived at the arrival time of 3pm. He had decided last minute that we can do early check in, but I was on a flight so I couldn’t come earlier…. So he had to wait longer in the apartment and was not happy about that. I didn’t appreciate this rushed and rude welcome.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at this apartment! The host, Greg, is exceptional and serves as a masterclass in hospitality. Catering to us and going above and beyond when anything happened. His kindness and the beautiful Glyfada sea where what made Ty his apartment perfect for the family!

We were given a warm reception on arrival by the host and the apartment itself was in immaculate condition. Its spacious, well furnished with the required amenities such as a coffee machine with capsules, microwave, toaster, washing machine, iron, and was very pleasant and comfortable with nice views to the Marina. Assistance was offered for recommendations for restaurants, cafes, anything we needed, including where we could get our tyre fixed when we got a flat tyre one day. I would stay here again. I recommend it for comfort, value for money and a very nice and helpful host. Parking also was not a problem and theres a petrol shed closeby..
