The house worked perfectly for our two families with teenage kids. Having two primary suites was perfect. Also, the other bedrooms having queen beds worked well since our teenage kids could use the extra space. Overall the house suited our needs and was the perfect distance to the beach. It was an awesome trip!

This place is its own slice of paradise. We loved the house so much we spent most of our time lounging at the pool, playing games or cooking at the house. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable, the location is ideal, close to the beach and several bars and restaurants. Mayra was so helpful and greeted us upon arrival. I can’t say enough good things about how relaxing of a trip we had! Stay here, trust me.

We stayed here for my 40th Birthday celebration. There were 7 of us and we had a lot of room to move throughout the house. Everything was clean and the hosts were very accomodating. We enjoyed the private pool the first night and eventually made it over the beach which was only a 2 block walk. Its very close to many restaurants. It was a very nice house to stay in. We did not run short of any supplies. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a group of 11 stay at Casa Seaesta and it was nothing but amazing!
House: perfect size for our group and we were able to have spread out without being on top of each other. The pool was absolutely amazing and came with a grill outside which was great for grilling out when we didn’t want to leave the house.
Location: PERFECT! Very easy walk to the beach (4-5 minutes), easy Uber to the grocery and liquor store ($4-$5). Can walk to a Walgreens, Bars, breakfast/ lunch spots. 10-15 minute Uber from the airport. 15 minute ride to Old San Juan. 35 minute Uber to El Yunque.
The house is also in a gated community which made us all feel extra safe! The neighborhood is also super quiet.
HOSTS: Mayra was our point of contact and she met us at the house to walk us through everything. She was through and made sure we were all comfortable. During the stay she was always available with questions!

The house and location was amazing. It was much bigger than the pictures implied. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. We loved the pool, the patio space, the kitchen and dining - we loved it all!! The walk to the beach was easy and about a city block. The beach chairs and outdoor shower were great as well. Highly recommend this property. The host was very responsive and the code and gates to get in the house made us feel very safe.

We had three families (6 adults and 5 kids six years and under) and the house was great! The pool was the perfect size and there was enough room to “live in” but keep everyone in view. Host was responsive and we felt perfectly safe. Lots of food options to walk to!

I was absolutely blown away by the property. I knew the place was going to be great by the pictures but those done even do it justice. When we arrived the host showed around the property and explained everything we needed to know. There were towels on every bed and enough beach towels for everyone. There are beach chairs and a grill to hang by the pool and the beach was just a quick walk down the street. The hosts provided great recommendations and they’re even posted in the house. Communication was great as well. 10/10 would stay here again.

We had the perfect amount of room for 8 girls on a girls trip. Having the pool & such a close walk to the beach & restaurants was awesome. Beds were also super comfortable and had nice linens.

We booked Casa SeaEsta for 1 week. The house is very spacious, comfortable, and in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The house is also in a gated community so we felt very safe. The hosts Mayra and John are great-available and responsive for questions and anything that came up during our stay. The pool was great and always an option when we were deciding the daily activities. I will definitely consider Casa SeaEsta when returning to PR!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family vacation. It’s waking distance to beach and restaurants. Quick Uber ride to Old San Juan and major attractions. We felt safe in gated community. House was spacious and had everything you would need in a vacation home. Mayra was very responsive any thine we had any questions. We stayed at Casa Seaesta for a friends wedding located at the Marriott. The location of the property is excellent. The whole area feels incredibly safe. It is conveniently located near the beach. The house provides easy to carry chairs (backpack strap), a cooler, an easy to set up umbrella, and beach towels. The beach nearby is beautiful, and not busy at all especially on a weekday. The home itself was great. The AC within the rooms worked very well. We arrived during a tremendous heat wave and when we woke up in the rooms they were almost TOO cold! We had some trouble with the generator, but Mayra and John were quick to respond and handle, even in the evening. The pool was clean and refreshing. The location is also easily walkable to a convenience store and Walgreens. The Ubers are also very cheap so we had no trouble traveling throughout San Juan. Nothing else to say other than this being an incredibly positive experience. We had some nerves as this was our first time in Puerto Rico, but to anyone else traveling for the first time: THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!

Had a great stay for our bachelorette trip. The house was clean, the pool was refreshing, and the location was incredible. Great restaurants close by and <10 minutes ride from the airport, Condado, and Old San Juan. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone traveling in a big group and looking to stay in a central location to all things happening in San Juan.

We stayed here for a wedding and it is a great spot! The house is nicely equipped with beach chairs and towels for the short walk to the beach. It is well stocked inside with everything you might need and it was very clean! Our grandkids loved the pool.
Mayra was so helpful with welcoming us and explaining everything we might need to know. It's very secure and a great location! We would stay again!

Wonderful place for muli-generational family gathering.! Plenty of bedroom, bathroom and living space. Nice having beach chairs and towels available, Pool was enjoyable. Made good use of the barbecue grill. Dishwasher usable but needs repair where it is connected to the wall. Plenty of dishware, utensils and pots and pans. Theaddition of a paring knife, salt and pepper shakers and a box of tissue would be nice.

Read the reviews and you will pick up a few details that I missed beforehand...the property is old and had some cosmetic upgrades that are starting to show wear, and the basic infrastructure is failing.

-comfortable beds and plush towels
- Mayra included high chair and pack n play for our baby at no extra charge
-quick walk to beautiful beach
- AC units for all bedrooms (must keep doors closed though)
Cons
-heavy rain floods the dining area and 2 bedrooms
-lots of power surges which causes the lights to flicker/appliances to go on/off
- leaks noted in bedroom ceiling and front room
-must have small car to use parking spot behind gate (street parking worked ok)
- no air flow for bathrooms constantly muggy and humid
I would also NOT recommend their tour concierge, Sergio. While he was convenient to contact, all of our non-private trips were cancelled the morning of with no time to reschedule. Completely unprofessional.
All in all we had a good stay but were disappointed for the price point the house was not in top condition. For a home that is currently on the market for sale, I would have expected more attention to the upkeep and details. The kitchen flooded our last night and put a damper on the end of our experience trying to clean things up. I think if you have a discount code this property would be worth it, otherwise we would not return/recommend.
