Please get acquainted with our newest Southern Maine holiday rental property. Located on Bald Head Cliff Road, North, it is only yards to Cliff House Resort. Literally less than 5 minute walk, our guests can utilize the Resort Restaurants and Spa. Open space floor plan allows for full social activities on upper floor with living room, dining room, kitchen, tea room, TV area, gas fireplace, and powder room. Then full length outside deck just enlarged to nearly double the size as currently shown on web site photos, loungers and chairs all overlooking bold 20 mile ocean views. Newer teak table, teak chairs and umbrellas. Nearly 3000 sq ft of living space and bold ocean view. House fully air conditioning on second floor with 5 virtually silent mini split systems. Numerous ceiling fans also. Also on upper floor, master bedroom with queen and second bedroom with 2 single beds & one fold out single. And full bath. Lower ground floor has large entry foyer, 3 bedrooms, two queen and one double bed, one full bath, laundry room and double garage. Sleeps 11 in 5 separate bedrooms. Besides proximity to Cliff House, house is located a mere 2 miles to Perkins Cove and 3 miles to Ogunquit. About 5 miles to York Beach and York Harbor. NOTE: JULY & AUGUST: 5 night minimum booking, shorter stays may be available to “fill in the gaps”, after the 5 nights are booked. Flexible arrival and departure days. High season books early so don’t wait. June & September & holiday weekends 3 night minimum booking. Subject to change! HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR LONG TERM WINTER RENTAL AT OFF SEASON RATE. JANUARY THRU MARCH

We had an amazing stay in Cape Neddick, and a wonderful Thanksgiving with our Maine family. The house was just perfect! Very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Plus an amazing ocean view!! The owners provided great area recommendations, and were very responsive to any questions. We will be back!!

We were in Maine for a wedding taking place at the Cliff House resort. Several family members were in the wedding party. We opted for this VRBO rather than taking multiple individual rooms at the resort. We loved being together in the large house with the great ocean view. It’s clean and comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen. We hosted a casual dinner party for 20 guests, and thanks to some unseasonably warm weather for late October, we were able to spill out on to the lovely deck with room to spare. The location was perfect for us, as it takes literally 1 minute to walk to the Cliff House grounds. My only suggestion would be the addition of a couple more mirrors, preferably full length, for folks trying to get their tuxedos and gowns just right.

Our party included 7 adults, who traveled from out of state for a family reunion. The accommodations and the location were as described…very comfortable, convenient, & quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped…we ate many meals at the house. The view of the oceanfront was superb. Would definitely recommend for a get together!

Great house for a group. We had 6 adults that traveled up from Florida. Everything is as advertised and the owner was very helpful. Recommended beaches and restaurants throughout the week. Walk to the Cliff house for afternoon cocktails. We would return in a heartbeat!

We loved everything about our stay: the view of the ocean, the restaurants at the resort, the proximity to Ogunquit, the size and comfort of the house. The kitchen is very well-appointed--a real plus for those of us who enjoy cooking. We will definitely consider staying here again.

The house is just perfect for a group. Lovely views, plenty of seating for everyone, and a great kitchen and dining area. The weather prevented us from taking advantage of the wrap-around deck, but that was beautiful as well. The proximity to Cliff House was a huge plus. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. A wonderful stay.

Wonderful family house for a Maine getaway. We traveled with 6 adults and 2 children under 2. Everyone had their own room and kids were able to quietly nap downstairs while the adults could relax on the main floor. Layout was nicely set up and comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare wonderful meals and dining table was perfect for family meal and game time.

I rented this property for my team and I to stay at while in Maine for work. Despite being a bit difficult to find in the dark, it was a good choice. It was clean and convenient to our job location. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, although quite dated, but the living room and kitchen were updated. There's a water view, which we didn't realize until the morning. Owner was easy to work with an communicative.

This was an amazing property! The kitchen was so clean, and had everything you could possible need, and that is with three gourmet cooks among us. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and comfortable with beautiful views. The upper level offered two comfortable sitting areas, each facing the gas fireplace, and views of the ocean. Plenty of outside places to sit and relax as well, all just a stone's throw from the beautiful Cliff House resort. We would definitely come back!! Thank you to our wonderfully, attentive host!

There were 8 of us- we had plenty of sleeping space , the views of the ocean were beautiful. The location was close to shopping, restaurants and the marginal way. Definitely recommend !!

We really appreciated staying in this beautiful home that was like a home away from home. We were a 3-generation extended family of 9 people, ranging from grandparents in their late and early 90s to grandkids in their 20s. (If you are bringing elderly people, make sure that they can climb stairs, which my elderly parents could, with help from other family members.) The place was tastefully furnished and well equipped. Everything was as shown in the photos. We enjoyed the location and the beautiful view of the ocean on a sunny day. Check-in went smoothly. Rick was very helpful in providing useful information. Thank you, Rick, for a lovely stay! We hope to be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. We found that the location and property suited our needs. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our own meals. The proximity to the Cliff House made for some nice scenic walks, and it was short drive to nearby towns, beaches, and restaurants. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful in answering some questions during our stay. We appreciated ample space for parking and use of the garage for storing bikes and kayaks. We would highly recommend this rental.

Location is perfect for easy access to many of the area’s local attractions.
The dining and living areas are spacious offering distant views of the ocean. You actually can hear the waves crashing against the cliffs.
Rick, the owner, responded so quickly to questions before arrival and to any concerns during our stay.
Would love to return for another stay at this wonderful property.

We had a great stay for our daughter's wedding which took place in York Beach. The house is well maintained and great size for a family stay. Beautiful views and loved the location adjacent to The Cliff House. We will be back!

The property was beautiful. Very comfortable with the 8 girls that stayed. They could use a pot about half the size of their lobster pot. Also it was very hot for ME when we were there. The bedrooms in the lower level where hot at night.

Excellent Wedding Accommodations
The house and grounds are beautiful overlooking the ocean. Plenty of space for 10 family members and great proximity to The Cliff House making it ideal for my Sons wedding. Owners was very attentive and provided a great atmosphere. The entire group had a fabulous time.
