About this house rental
Very bright entrance hall with fireplace, 4 seater table, 2 sofas, satellite TV, DVD, CD and mp3. Large kitchenette, 5 gas burners, fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher. 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding an infant bed. 1 bedroom 2/3 places with double bed and 1 loft bed. 1 bathroom, sink, bidet, wc and large shower cubicle, with water heater and electric heater. The living room opens onto a covered patio of about 30 square meters where you can eat, with an adjacent 60 square meters of green lawn where children can play safely or lie down to sunbathe. Externally there is a fabulous multi-jet hot and cold water shower. In the back part of the house there is a large area where you can lay or roast in the barbecue provided, the laundry room with a washing machine. Bed, bath and kitchen linen.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Elena and would happily book it again.The apartment is well equipped, very family friendly, and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sea view and the small garden.Check-in was smooth and uncomplicated. Antonello was always available when we had questions, very helpful and responsive, while at the same time respecting our privacy.Overall, a great place to stay in Villasimius. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Villasimius, and the house played a big role in this: our 18 months old son could play safely in the garden, the place was clean, and had everything we needed including a baby cot and a diaper changing station. The area is calm, and the beach is easily reachable by foot. I would definitely recommend it for families looking for a relaxing holiday.

Owners very helpful, quite location, equipment was complete and clean. We enjoyed the stay very much. 10 min drive to supermarkets and restaurants in Villasimius. Many beautiful beaches within 5-10 minutes by car.

We spent a wonderful week's holiday with our children at Casa Elena. The location is excellent: many small and larger beaches can be reached in 5-15 minutes by car. A beautiful beach can also be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. There are good shopping facilities about 7 minutes' drive away. The house is in very good condition, was clean and had everything we needed as a family. The communication with the owner was excellent. All in all, a highly recommended holiday home!
