The hut was amazing. Staff was definitely friendly and very helpful on how to go around Senja. The small appartement next to the hut made the overall very comfortable and an amazing experience, even though we did not see the aurora due to the snowing weather!

The owner was very friendly and responsive, gave us a lot of tips for seeing Senja. The apartment was clean. We were upgraded to an upstairs apartment. The view from the living room was marvellous.
It felt like the property was constantly going through constructions (might be because it was a bit of an off season). The breakfast was a bit lacklustre, there was just one fridge with some salami, cheese and yogurt directly packed and than opened as it was bought from the store, no eggs, warm meals (just packed toast which was expired - we did have it as we didn’t notice until the end) The vegetables were in the fridge for three days we were there. The apartment was a bit empty of essentials for cooking, a towel or two would be nice etc. And it wouldn’t be a big problem if the property wouldn’t have a hefty price to it.
