Great stay, excellent location and comfortable apartment space

Great location, good amount of space.

Was quite hot and only a fan

Centrally located home from home

Located centrally, the miniloft I was in looks out to Lago Nahuel Huapi. It’s secure, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s obvious the owners take pride in maintaining the place. They communicated well throughout. The onsite manager, Sergio, is friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

10 / 10

Comfortable stay in the city center, not a lake view

Great apartments with a really nice, spacious balcony. Just a quick note: the unit we stayed in did not face the lake as shown in the photos - the view was into the inner courtyard instead. The location is excellent and very central, perfect for tourists. There’s a café right in the building and some lovely small shops nearby, which is super convenient. There’s also a garage available for an extra fee. The apartment itself had everything we needed and felt comfortable overall.

The main downside was the internet - it was quite unstable with frequent interruptions. That can be a real issue if you work remotely. It’s possible this was temporary due to the Christmas holiday period, but it’s worth keeping in mind.

6 / 10

Modern apartment, noisy road

Comfortable bed, good sized room for a couple of nights stay. Easy to explore the peninsula outside of Bariloche.

It’s on a busy main road and opposite a very ugly hotel and club which we discovered is one of the big hotels in Bariloche catering to students. We didn’t realise it was a destination for students but there were hundreds of them on organised tours. They came back in the early hours of the morning making lots of noise. While the apartment is modern, the building is outdated. The lobby area also often smelt of gas. Apparently this was because of the pizza restaurant but that was often closed. The WiFi was also quite patchy.
