ID verification may be requested. Occupancy is 10 with a MAXIMUM OF 8 adults Late check out may be available at a rate of $100/hour. Individual booking is responsible for the whole group and enforcing house rules within their group. The person booking also needs to be the person to arrive at the house for check in. WEDDING GROUPS: No using the house for others to get ready! This is not to be a "meet up spot" and serves as lodging only. No bachelor/bachelorette groups Upon booking, please give names of all adults staying and ages of children. There is a doorbell camera as well as surveillance around the perimeter of the property (outdoors only). There will be a home guide on the kitchen counter with anything you might need to know about the house. We have a very friendly outdoor only cat named Carmella you may see roaming around outside. We collect a deposit of $1000 a week prior to check in that will be returned in full upon check out (assuming all went well). A rental agreement will also be sent over. Salt water pool is heated by solar in the summer and typical swim season runs June through September. Although available year round it will be cold the other months. Property layout: There are 4 bedrooms, plus a bonus room that can double as a guest room with a murphy bed. There are also 4 full bathrooms. House layout: Downstairs is the front Livingroom with foosball table, dining room, playroom, laundry room, hall bathroom, kitchen, family room and 2nd master. 2nd master has a private entrance through the side yard, en suite bathroom, massage chair and smart tv. The family room has french doors leading out to the large yard. Outside you'll find a swing set, patio table, bbq, hot tub, pool, chickens in coop at the top of the hill you can collect eggs from, basketball court, fire pit, hammock, kids toys, and lots of yard games (bocce ball, slammo, frisbee, corn hole to name a few). Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have a Jack and Jill full bathroom in between. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom and bath. Smart tvs loaded with Netflix plus more is located in master bedroom, downstairs master bedroom, family room and playroom. Lots of games and toys. A park is a short walk away. The house has new floors, counters and interior newly painted. The house is fully furnished with everything you should need. We do have personal belongings in the home and closets are locked.

This is truly a Paradise Next Door. My family, ranging from 5 months to 70, had the time of our lives in Livermore! We want to go back every year! The hosts have thought of EVERYTHING, we didn’t leave once we got there. The pool, of course, was the highlight but the riding jeep, the trampoline, the game room!!! That may have been the best. Absolutely anything a child could want. Quality books and games and Lego legos legos, with a game table, which we love. No need to take anything but your bathing suit! BEST VACATION EVER! We all agreed.

Spent weekend as a family to reconnect and celebrate my youngest daughter’s birthday. The entire experience exceeded our expectations- the hosts are amazing who are thoughtful and responsive, the house is stunning, but still feels welcoming. There was enough activities to meet all our needs and a huge table for the family to enjoy meals and play one of the many available games. I would highly recommend you to stay at the Alexander’s beautiful home.

The house was beautiful and clean while being welcoming and cozy. The perfect balance of fun and relaxation for my family. The house was equipped with all the essentials plus some and the communication with the owners was quick and easy. I would absolutely recommend this house for families who need a break from everyday chaos and just want to be together. You really don’t have to leave! The backyard had everything my kids needed with lots of space for my hubby to play catch with the boys, the kids could swing, play basketball, tag, all enjoyed the playhouse and then inside a big table for all of us to sit around and play games and eat our home cooked meals. Close to grocery stores if you need anything. We definitely hope to come back!

My daughter is getting married next summer and the couple wanted their two families to get to know each other before the wedding. This house and yard provided the perfect setting. There was plenty of room for 15 people to sit around outside or inside to eat and chat. And the three young grandchildren were so busy with the myriad of activities on the property that they never interrupted the conversation! This house provided a setting for a truly perfect and memorable weekend.

This is such an incredible home! My family had an AMAZING week-long stay that we didn't want to end. We've vacationed at a lot of rental homes of the years, and we've never seen a yard like this. To begin: THE POOL. As my younger daughter kept saying, "It was epic." The diving board and slide have spoiled us forever - no future pool will ever live up to this one. But the pool wasn't the only backyard attraction. From young (3 yrs) to old (70yrs), there was so much to enjoy it was almost overwhelming. We played lively games of basketball, built fires at dusk for s'mores, cooked up freshly laid eggs & fed the chickens daily, chased Carmella around so we could give her scratches, and played a never-ending game of hide-and-seek. Indoor highlights included the foosball table, the PacMan arcade game, and the master shower which was heavenly. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from real life and spend some time with family/friends. It was truly a magical week that we'll never forget.
