Worst experience staying at any hotel

Location was convenient

Everything staff was EXTREMELY RUDE! Hotel was filled with allot of drug users and prostitution. Staff was extremely combative over a towel that was dirty.

Once inside room was ok.

Rooms were nice and good price

No elevator, rather sketchy crowd hanging around at late hours. Parking was scarce, and as a woman alone at night was very uncomfortable. Poor tv choices

Cheap close by my work and good staff.

This place is good. The staff are great and its cheap and they let me check in early because I work crazy times. They are in the process of remodeling, so it is nice.

No frig yet and 1 time I got a non smoking room that was smokey. This last time I had noise neighbors that sat on the bench outside my room talking. I am just a light sleeper. Really nothing that the staff could do except the frig and non smoking.

It was a nice stay and I would definitely stay again staff was wonderful and greeted with a smile

It was well cleaned & the beds we’re comfortable and it was a really nice quiet area and the parking was free

Fair, but wouldn't stay there again

Room was clean

Broken down or abandoned cars in the parking lot. Just looked kinda trashy on the outside.

Our check in was at 3 pm on June 8th and we were not able to check in due to computer system was down. We did not receive any call to let us know nor we received a call when system was back up to let us know we can check in. I had a graduation that day at 6pm and had to get ready well I was not able to. It was a very stressful situation. I will not stay there again! I emailed manager Paul and till this date a week later I have not received any response. I requested a night worth refund because I did not check in till that day till midnight.

Dirty! Dead bugs everywhere and questionable sheets. No fridge in the room. Uncomfortable bed.

Still waiting for the refund, the stay was the worst of a month long US trip

We arrived to find maintenance vehicles filling the parking spaces, making it difficult for us to unload. There were nails lying next to our car from ongoing work at the property. There was no water supply at the property on the morning of departure, when I contacted the staff we were promised a refund which was never given.

I loved it here and will stay again.

The terms were very clear, the manager was kind, the room was beautiful, clean, and the spacious. My deposit was returned before I left. The COVID masking policy was in place for staff, which I appreciated. I did not expect my room to be cleaned every day, but it was. The floors are a beautiful wood like laminate.

Due to COVID, there is no breakfast. I'd have liked that, but again, the terms were clear before I booked.

That motel had damn well better not have processed my credit card!!

NOTHING!!

The desk clerk was the most obnoxious person. He was so bad that I demanded my money back and I cancelled my reservation on the spot and went to a different motel . NO business, in their right mind would, knowingly, allow a person of that I’ll to be the face of their business to the public
