The position of the property was just perfect. We had a great room overlooking the church square. The hotel is in the centre of the city so we could walk everywhere. There was free parking across the river and it was€1.50 for a single ride.
A surprisingly good breakfast delivered to the communal kitchen which you shared with the other rooms on your floor. Great way to meet other travellers.
The room could have been cleaner. We had some “interesting” carvings on our bed which made us laugh but they were very dusty.
The landing carpeting on the first floor was very dirty.

The cheery reception, the Great location and the overall atmosphere of the hotel were great. The shower was lovely and the room very spacious. We had a great stay and the added sleep kit amd shower cap were a great touch.
The last step of stairs for both staircases was a touch higher than the others. But that's just something to be aware of and nothing the staff could have prevented.

The location was perfect, near the Old Church, next to the city's center. The hotel staff was wonderful, very friendly and patient when needed. The breakfast was absolutely super!
The WiFi didn't reach to my room, so I had to sit in the common/shared space to use internet.

We stayed in the garden room with our family (with 2 kids), very spacious and including a fully functioning kitchen, very comfortable to prepare our own breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The living room downstairs could have a more relaxing sofa and a television. There is a seat but it is not convenient for an entire family to relax in the evening. We used our own portable beamer to watch some Christmas movies.
