Situated in Lancelin, this charming house for $176 per night is a great option for your next break. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY This beautifully presented 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor luxury apartment overlooking the Lancelin bay offers all the comforts of resort style accommodation, providing you easy access to the beach and within walking distance to the shops, tavern and restaurants. The master bedroom features a Queen sized bed with sliding doors that open to the large balcony which overlooks the ocean and ensuite with spa bath, double shower. The second bedroom features 2 king single beds that can be clipped together to make a king and has its own ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. There is a large living area with comfy couch, wall mounted TV, air conditioning & dining table. The kitchen offers a large fridge, microwave, gas hotplate, electric oven and dishwasher. The large front balcony overlooking the ocean has a large outdoor setting. There is also a large balcony at the rear of the apartment with a Webber BBQ and downstairs provides guests with a shared laundry facility, outdoor shower and communal backyard. Full linen provided including towels. The bottom storey apartment is also available for rent. If you would like to book 4 rooms please book both Oceans View and Oceans Waves. This property strictly sleeps 4. No tents, caravans or camper trailers allowed at property. Sorry no pets. For the safety and comfort of your group and others, Ocean is a totally non-smoking property both inside and outside- including the balconies and garden. If any members of your group are smokers, please stay somewhere else. Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. A late checkout may be possible on request. Minimum 2 night stay. No school leavers or under 25 adult groups. Porta cot and high chair available on request. Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognized venue for windsurfing, kitesurfing and Rock Lobster fishing. The bay of Lancelin is by far its best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities. This property has amazing views of Lancelin Bay. In order to address Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns this property receives a deep cleaning and disinfection after each stay.

Rate per night was not worth what we got, Linen was worn and fraying, no toiletries supply, basic item in kitchen were missing, pay a cleaning fee but be expected to leave as found with even the rubbish walk down 3 flights of stairs, Ask for King Single to be join up as requested for a King bed and this was not done, specifically ask as husband was very tall, Overall, we will not be heading back,

The accommodation was on the top floor and the apartment had everything we required for our visit. The apartment is in great condition with modern equipment and the views from the balcony were spectacular. The staff from Country Values Holiday Homes were very accommodating especially Leah and her colleagues. We enjoyed it so much booking through CVHH that we have now booked again for 2022/2023. Thanks again would recommend to anyone.

Lovely apartment for4 people.Only negatives were the doors rattled all the time with the wind, they could be fixed to avoid this quite easily.They use the waste water through a special treatment on the gardens, only thing with that is the smell in the toilet was quite unpleasant.Overall nothing was so bad that we would not book again, these comments really just a heads up.

We stayed at number 2 Oceans up which is an upstairs property. Wonderful view from a superb luxury apartment. All the facilities you could reasonably ask for were there. On the downside the booking process was somewhat fraught due to email problems and an inflexible agent. Finally got the key code by attending the nearby estate office, but was given the wrong code. No big problem as the agent personally attended and gave us access. No start up pack (tea, coffee, milk etc) and no vouchers for 10% off at the inn and store. Pity really as we used the inn and store on a few occasions and spent a good amount of dollars. Seemed the agent was new to the property and somehow not prepared. We expected a better service as we were paying a premium price for the rental. The location more than made up for any frustrations and we will definatly be back to Lancelin in a year or two.
