Very good gated location close to the beach and towm centre
Facilities just looks a bit tired but all are clean and maintained. Tea and coffee minimal amount left and wasn’t refilled prior our arrival

The location (walking distance to local shops and Tonic by the Bay) and facilities (heated pool, kids club, x-box, streaming services, tennis courts, and more) associated with this property were excellent for our extended family get a way. It provided many options to help keep our 5-year-old grandson entertained.

The property is within a gated complex and has a good amount of facilities. The complex itself is well maintained and clean. The property is very near to the beach, spacious and has everything you need for a stay there.
The property was quite dusty which I don’t know whether it just hadn’t been cleaned properly or whether it hadn’t been stayed in for a while. There was dust all around the dryer, on top of the fridge, on the highchair, the hoover was very dirty and there was cobwebs in a few rooms. The bbq was also not clean. It didn’t affect our stay but didn’t look pleasant. We also had no coffee or shower gel when we arrived but the owner managed to drop off coffee beans and bars of soap for us very quickly which was appreciated.

The units were great value for money for units that slept 7 people in each unit ……well stocked with board games, Xbox, dishwasher etc
Lots of things not working……hair dryer, clothes dryer, spa jets, broken wooden louvre on wooden slats and the cleaning was not up to scratch
