The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! And extensive. Would definitely recommend. Everything was perfect. The owners are lovely. I would not hesitate to return if I have the pleasure to visit Kyoto again.
Nothing.

The location , breakfast and warmth of owners and staff. The full breakfast was extraordinary. We looked forward to it like we were eating in a Michelin restaurant.
Size of the bathroom and no elevator. We were on the 4 floor. We knew beforehand but underestimated how we would feel at the end of a day of full sightseeing.

The owner and the location and the lovely clean room
Pillow was too soft and small, and we could have done with two. Could have asked for more but didnt notice until bed time.
