Trotz der Mängel war die Wohnung schön gelegen

Die Lage war sehr gut, Bäcker um die Ecke, Gaststätten in unmittelbarer Nähe , Parkplatz hinter dem Haus optimal

Es war von Seiten der Baltic Appartement nicht in Ordnung die Whg. an ältere Leute zu vermieten, oder zu mindestens darauf hin zu weisen, das im Schlafzimmer das Bett nicht von den Seiten zugänglich ist, sondern nur von unten ,man musste sich im Bett hoch krabbeln. Für uns ältere Leute mehr als schwierig. Dies war eine Zumutung. Das Bad war ordentlich, Abdichtung der Dusche war defekt, sowie dunkle Flecken in der Dusche.

Top Lage für ein Familienausflug

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Man ist nach wenigen Metern am Meer und an der Promenade mit diversen Geschäften und Spielplätzen. Ein Bäcker und verschiedene Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für zwei Erwachsene mit Kleinkind. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Das Bett war für mich sehr unbequem. Meine Frau fand es bequem. Das Haus ist insgesamt ein bisschen hellhörig.
