The hotel is near the station, walking distance of about 2 to 3 minutes. The place is clean and has basic amenities. The staff is very responsive to my questions, and i appreciate that a lot. Relative to other accommodations, this is a great deal for its value for money. There's a nearby supermarket which i had grown attached to, they sell cheap bento boxes late at night. I will miss my nightly grocery runs there.
In one of the rooms, the bed is a little cramped for 3 people. We would have loved it if the stove worked, but alas it didn't. It was fine because the microwave worked as intended.

the location was very good
the bathroom, is not small, it is tiny. If you are around 1,8 mts tall, you will not fit on that bathroom. I am 1,77mts and had a hard time getting on it. The room is nice, but also the kitchen is a little old. if they do a remodeling and increase the size of the bathroom, it will be a great place.

Close to shopping, restaurants and railways. Secure entry and lift and the room had a washing machine.
The bathroom was too small and the place needs better cleaning and maintenance on some things.
