整體房間的寬敞度以及位置非常棒，
鄰近就有便利商店和藥局非常便利，
房內設施大多都相當不錯
門鎖希望可以改善
基本上常常會有按對密碼但門鎖沒反應的情形
另外因為內外壓差很大所以房門要真的蠻用力的推拉
希望可以在入住前就提醒

The apartment itself is comfortable and has a good layout.
The main problem is the check-in process.
The property says local regulations require an in-person key handover. That may be true, but the regulation does not require guests to carry their luggage to a remote café or other external business. The location and way the handover is organized are operational choices made by the property.
Instead of arranging the handover at the apartment, at the building, or in a location genuinely convenient for the guest, they send you with your luggage to a remote external business, using unclear directions, just to complete the process. In my case, I had to walk around 15 minutes to a cat café and ask people in the building and on the street for help just to find it.
The communication is also unnecessarily confusing. I received references to a physical key, key number, key code, PIN code, and self check-in, with no consistent explanation of which access method actually applied to my booking.
The same problem continued at checkout: too much generic information instead of one clear instruction relevant to the reservation.
There were also several basic issues in the apartment: no hand soap, very small towels, Netflix not working, a loud bubbling noise from the air conditioner, no proper cup or holder for a toothbrush, and only plastic cups and plates — including for hot drinks
and food.
Before I had even submitted a review, I received a message asking for a 10/10 rating and explaining that 8/10 could negatively affect their listing or ranking. Guests should be asked for honest feedback, not steered toward a specific score.
