Would not recommend! The location is great but the house is very unclean and has broken facilities.
The location of the villa was great. Very easily accessible with great views.
Upon arrival, we noticed that the kitchen was not clean, the utensils still had food in them, a few of the power points were extremely dirty, there were cigarette butts on both balconies, the toilet water started overflowing, there was no toilet seat installed, the bedsheets were not clean, the bathroom was very unclean, there was a constant unpleasant smell in the house. On top of that, in the Booking site there is a washing machine listed in the kitchen which was incorrect - there was no washing machine in the kitchen, and there was no additional shower. Overall the property was overpriced and not really meeting some of standards listed in the Booking.com site.

Thank you for your response. However, several statements in it are inaccurate and require clarification.
First, the claim that we refused to pay is incorrect. The required amount was paid in cash, as requested, after the payment situation was clarified. I also have two witnesses who can confirm that the payment was made in full. If the payment had not been made, we would not have been allowed to stay at the property. Additionally, your own messages after checkout contradict this claim. You instructed us to leave the keys at the property when checking out. If there had been any unpaid amount, it would have been reasonable to expect that you would meet us in person to collect both the payment and the keys. Second, the issues mentioned in my review reflect the actual condition of the property during our stay, including cleanliness concerns and facilities that did not match the listing. Finally, after posting the review, I received messages threatening legal action unless the review was removed. Attempting to pressure guests to remove an honest review is not a professional way to handle feedback. My review describes the experience we had during our stay and was written honestly.
