Family Time

Location was perfect. Communication with the property management was easy. Loved the industrial warehouse vibe!

Given I live in Regional Victoria in a small town, I found the traffic noise difficult, even though it was to be expected.

Simple, beautiful, comfortable, what more could you ask for at a nice place to stay in town

We liked the location, unique design of the apartment and the up to date basics for a comfy AirBNB. The location is ideal for a quick walk to various take away and dine in outlets. Everything in the city centre is a short walk.

There's zero storage for personal belongings, the bathroom ventilation is severely under powered and therefore the plaster on the bathroom ceiling is beginning to detach and deteriorate. The "private balcony" is really not private at all and there is no view to speak of even though it is advertised as having one.

Nice spot close to everything Geelong

Nice spot close to town. Freshly renovated industrial style, open living space. Short walk to everything Geelong. Great for us as a family of three because of separate sleeping rooms.

Location in the centre of Geelong It was small but had everything we needed

Parking for us was a real issue - to be fair came in and out of the apartment a lot as we had heaps to do while we were there Dead Plants in the entry, we got out a saucepan to do some cooking and it was dirty. The entrance did not look like it had been swept out for a while - Not a great first impression.

Would have been nice to have a car park but there was parking on the street so all good.

Don’t judge the book by its cover! What a find!

Love the concept and design! Great location, quiet and had all the comforts of home! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

There wasn’t anything! Great place to stay!

The Warehouse was an excellent place to stay in Geelong. We will be returning.

The property is exceptionally clean and tidy, and situated in a great location. Very quiet at night which allowed for a fabulous night’s sleep.

Perfect, modern and spacious apartment in an excellent central location.

Stunning apartment in an excellent location. Modern and simple decor, easy to relax and enjoy. Perfect accommodation for our family stay over.

A few tiny touches missing, but nothing that made our stay difficult. (Labour workers smashing glass windows at 7.30am outside our bedrooms was a tad annoying. Not venue’s problem - just our unfortunate timing!)

It was ok but it could have been better without the music.

Clean and spacious

The music from the hall downstairs sounded like we had a disco inside our room until 10:45 pm. We needed to rest as our starting time was 3 am the next morning.

Different and very sound proof and great floor plan

Our double bed was poor. The bathroom lock did not work. Need another bed side table in main room and more cupboards for storage in main room

Industrial apartment

Very clean industrial look, not too far from the street.

I would have liked some personal items like tissues, maybe biscuits, fresh milk to show that travellers can feel more welcome to this apartment.

This will now be the place I hope to stay when visiting Geelong! It has the Wow factor, I did not want to leave.

This apartment has the WOW factor! I would not hesitate to stay here again, I didn’t want to leave. It’s stylish, in an excellent location, the outdoor balcony area was a plus and the hosts were so accommodating when I required a later checkout.

This is not even a complaint but a suggestion. A rubbish bin in the bathroom would have been convenient.

Great location and lovely accom

Great fit out

When I arrived, it seems the host had confused the booking: there were no keys in the lock box and I had to wait for the ‘cleaner’ (son of the owner) to arrive and sort it out. Fortunately they had another apartment in the same building that was available. The host was great about it, and very apologetic for the mix up. Her son could have bothered to say ‘sorry for the inconvenience.’

Very modern, comfortable apartment, really liked my stay there.

Very comfortable and modern apartment, great place to stay either long or short term. Love the layout of the place and wish I had a apartment like this permanently.

Neighbouring apartment could be loud at times and there were things from another occupant in the washing machine.
