War trotzdem eine schöne Zeit.

Wohnung war sehr schön geschnitten. Man hatte sehr viel Platz. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Bad war auch schön groß. Was auch super war 2 extra Toiletten. Schwimmbad was man immer nutzen konnte.

Leider war es nicht so schön sauber. Das könnte man noch verbessern. Man hört leider die Nachbarn. Aber dafür kann man nichts.

Wir waren dort mit 7 erwachsenen Personen und haben das beste aus unserem Aufenthalt gemacht.

Gefallen hat lediglich die Lage des Hauses.

Das Haus an sich macht einen guten Eindruck, aber die Sauberkeit bei der Übernahme lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es gab kein Zimmer, wo nicht Spinnweben von der Decke herunter hingen. Im Verschluss des Sifons im Badezimmer war eine große Menge Haare, so das der Eindruck entstehen konnte, das dieser Verschluss schon eine ganze Zeit nicht sauber gemacht wurde. In den Schränken und den Küchenschubladen war augenscheinlich auch schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht worden, auf den Schränken ebenfalls. Im großen und ganzen wirkte die Ferienwohnung nicht gründlich gereinigt. Es war die Wohnung im Erdgeschoß. Auf Terrasse befanden sich Sitzgelegenheiten, die bereits defekt waren. Der Grillrost war so stark verschmutzt, man hat ihn trotz intensiver Bemühungen nicht so sauber bekommen, das man hätte frisches Grillgut dort auflegen wollen. Durch die Vermieterin wurde zwar versucht ein neues Rost zu besorgen, was aber leider auf die schnelle nicht gelang. In 3 von 4 Schlafzimmern konnten die Fenster nicht geschlossen oder nur auf Kippe gestellt werden. Das Schwimmbad wurde von uns nicht benutzt, da dort ein sehr starker Chlorgeruch vorhanden war und auch hier war nur mangelhaft gereinigt worden. Im großen und ganzen sind wir der Auffassung, das eine Generalreinigung und Teilsanierung erforderlich ist. Eine Bewertung, die im Bereich von 9 liegt kann aus unserer Sicht leider nicht zutreffen. Wir würden insgesamt 5 Punkte geben.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr netter Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe. Wohnung wie beschrieben, sehr gut ausgestattet, toller Aussenbereich und die drei Generationen waren bei der Hitze vom Schwimmbad begeistert.
