The staff are lovely, very kind, polite, and try their best to make your stay as good as possible. The location too is perfect for the beach, town activities and views. Quiet inside which is good considering it’s central location. It was kept clean very well, with fresh towels each day and the bed linen was super.
Sadly the hotel owners have not finished it’s renovations. There are countless things which need doing still, including furnishing the bedrooms with a bin, shelving, mirror, etc. The air conditioning is very poor too and does very little to keep the room cool. It’s clear the staff are trying to improve the hotel, and will one day make it better but sadly there are too many things missing for it to be worth the price we paid. The second bed was a sofa bed which was not comfortable and from memory was advertised as a double bed, not a sofa bed. The staff often asked if there was anything they could do to help, and asked if everything was ok, and in fact did things for us to help which was super. We just didn’t want to label all the things missing and make our brief stay about that. Sorry, this is not meant to be mean, the staff were very lovely. Just feel it’s important others who may book know so they can choose whether not to book.
