The property was extraordinarily clean and the food was great. Wonderful breakfast and dinner.
One very small thing. While I don’t take these things personally, some people do, so I will mention it. In general, the front desk staff was kind, friendly, polite and professional. With one exception, a young woman who, probably unintentionally, appeared officious and a bit unfriendly when I asked for her attention. She may actually consider this professional behavior, but to be honest, it can appear quite different to the hotel guest.

The breakfast was nice. The room was adequate.
The hotel wasn’t cheap, but it had a shabbiness about it. It was noisy from other guests in the hallway. We had a massage but had to walk outside in the rain up to the spa building to get it. My door card didn’t work so I was standing there a long time before the masseuse came to let me in.

The Spa was Kaputt such a shame.

Tv didn’t work. Air conditioner didn’t turn on. We requested another bed but it wasn’t there. The food ordered for dinner (pizza and veg) was really really bad! There was also mould in the shower. I wouldn’t go back.
