Harley's River Walk overlooks the Rocky Broad River! 2 bedroom 2 bath beautifully decorated located on 2nd story with all the amenities of home. Enjoy a beverage while listening to the rushing river sounds from your private back deck. Step down to the bike adventures of your dreams whether that be shopping in the Harley Davidson store below or exploring the winding mountain roads. Fully furnished with linens provided. DRIP COFFEE POT. Complete upscale kitchen. Direct TV. Walk downtown Chimney Rock and explore the shops or ride minutes to Lake Lure restaurants, gift & antique shops, hiking trails. Boat tours and boat/kayak/canoe rentals available at the marina. ** Located only 20 minutes from Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) home of World Equestrian Games 2018 (WEG) In addition to the rent, the following charges apply: PETS: This is a Dog friendly home there will be additional non-refundable pet fee listed. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED. 2 Adult Dogs maximum 40 lbs each are allowed with additional pet fee of $60 per dog. Dogs must not be left unattended or must be crated if left at home. Dogs are NOT allowed on the furniture; we ask that you please always pick up after you dogs and be mindful of the neighbors and keep your dogs on a leash. ******VERY LIMITED PARKING********Extremely limited parking for only 1 vehicle, no oversized vehicles, trucks or trailers or RV's.* *** Lake Lure will be undergoing a drawdown starting January 1st, through the first quarter (March 31st). The lake will begin to be lowered by approximately 1 foot per day until 12 feet has been reached. Infrastructure maintenance, dredging, and dam projects will be expedited during this time frame. These efforts by the Town of Lake Lure may affect access to the lake and restrict any lake usage. The lake will likely be back up to normal levels by mid to late April. No personal watercraft will be allowed on the lake during this time. While we understand this is an inconvenience, this does allow you to enjoy the full beauty of Lake Lure in the fall and holiday season. For more information about the annual lake drawdown, please contact the Town of Lake Lure.

This was our 2nd time staying at Harley's place and it checked all the boxes, once again! Perfect location, roomy, well decorated, nicely furnished and very clean! We'll most certainly be back for a romantic weekend soon and again in the summer with our daughter (age 11)who was dying to put her feet in the water while playing on the rocks!

We were very surprised at how big the apartment was the only thing I would change or add two would be the amount of dishes and cookware in the kitchen but we didn’t do much cooking it was a quick trip
the beds were very comfortable the floors could’ve been a little cleaner but all in all the place was clean it’s in a great location but for those who want quiet I would probably rent somewhere else we however loved the action and of course the town shuts down around 8 o’clock so you have a very peaceful sleep just listening to the river and it was awesome to be able to sit out on the deck and see and hear that amazing river. There are stairs that go up to the apartment but you also have two parking spaces right by the stairs that are undercover.

We fell in love with this place!! Everything was pretty perfect! The parking location is a little tricky during the busy hours. It is very roomy on the inside. The only negative is there’s no door at the master bathroom. We just opened the closet door and used it as a makeshift bathroom door. We loved the large back deck overlooking the river. It was a terrific morning coffee spot. There is a porch on the front as well, and we enjoyed it in the evening watching the cars and tourists on the street. We are already planning our next visit!!

Our stay at Harley’s during Christmas was wonderful. We really enjoyed the lovely home, it’s great location and one of the cleanest vrbo’s we’ve ever stayed at. We were looking for a nice, retreat for the holiday and this home provided just that. Our 2 pups loved it
as well; very spacious and plenty of room in the backyard for business. We cooked our Christmas meal with ease of all the available cookware and plenty of restaurants and shops close by also. We will def be back!

Chimney Rock Stay
We were very pleased with our visit. It was exactly as described. It was perfect. We enjoyed the back deck and Rocky Broad on that end and the front deck for people watching and chatting with folks on the other. We would definitely stay again.

I could hardly believe how wonderful the location is. The sound of the river just below the deck is mesmerizing. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. My bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels, etc. Also, I’m pretty sure this place is the cleanest property I’ve ever rented.

I could hardly believe how wonderful the location is. The sound of the river just below the deck is mesmerizing. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. The property is very cute in a 2005 kind of way. Unfortunately the mattresses and pillows also seem to be from that era. I am talking about large body dips and flat pillows! One mattress is hard as a rock and still manages to sag. We were constantly running into deferred maintenance. Showers with no light, drains not draining, a wasp nest that made the deck inhospitable. The fridge was broken when we arrived. The management company scratched the floor when they replaced the fridge (and inconvenienced us quite a bit while they did that). The location is good except for being over a motorcycle shop so no sleeping in ,even if you could with those beds. We would not stay in this property again unless they installed new mattresses and pillows. We were very sleep deprived and happy to leave.

Beautifully decorated spacious apartment which had all the amenities from home . Very clean .Beautiful view of the broad river and chimney rock right form your backyard .Excellent professional staff at Mr Lake Lure Vacation rentals. All my questions were answered quickly and Dawn was xtra sweet. She made sure we made it into the cabin without any issues . The apartment couldn't be in a more perfect location. Walking distance from all the shops ,restaurants and Ice cream . Close to Lake Lure beach ,The Flowering Bridge . Overall it was a relaxing ,enjoyable vacation .

My fiancé and I found this VRBO listing last minute... We LOVED our stay. The rental is beautiful with the coolest views of the raging Broad River on the back, and the quaint village of Chimney Rock in the front!! Even with the hustle bustle of the town during the day, you could not hear a peep while inside the rental. At night, it’s basically a ghost town (which is totally cool) and we saw SIX black bears in 24hrs!! Walking the streets and being nosy to a nearby truck that apparently leaves trash inside from a restaurant (?!) ...the bears loved it though, and so did we!! It was an incredible experience to watch these beautiful creatures mosey around town .... We would definitely stay here again! It was awesome!!
