"TI BARADOZ *" is a villa with a capacity of 10/11 people whose terrace of 20m long overlooks the ocean and a beach well sheltered, flat and safe. A nautical club is located in the immediate vicinity.
5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 wc, 2 big screen TV, Wifi, very well equipped kitchen, dining room and living room.
Towels and sheets provided.

What a perfect location. We loved the house and it’s decor and loved the beach. Kayaking was great too. Host and manager were very helpful and attentive. Nearby restaurants good too
Only quibbles were lack of toilets for number of guests which can’t be changed and quality and number of towels. Awful little things, maybe take a deposit and provide big fluffy ones or at any rate leave a couple per person for a week. Neither of these minor inconveniences would stop us recommending this property.

La maison est située sur la plage. Elle est très agréable avec sa terrasse donnant sur l'eau et son accès direct à la mer qui vient lécher la terrasse à marée haute. L'aménagement de la maison est fonctionnel, pratique et très cosy. On peut loger jusqu'à 11 personnes. La décoration rappelle l'univers de la mer et invite aux voyages. Vue sur mer du salon et de 3 des chambres à l'étage. La cuisine est bien équipée et dispose de toute la vaisselle nécessaire pour un grand nombre de personnes. A disposition, 3 canoës, des transats, des parasols et une table extérieure pour profiter pleinement de la vie en plein air. L'environnement est calme et à l'abri des regards des voisins. Le seul bémol peut-être est la distance avec le centre ville (commerces, restaurants) : une bonne vingtaine de minutes à pieds. Nous avons résolu ce problème en louant des vélos à proximité qui nous ont permis de nous déplacer facilement sans prendre la voiture. L'accueil de Béatrice, chargée de la conciergerie, a été très sympathique et chaleureux. Nous n'avons qu'une envie : retourner dans ce petit paradis.

Das Haus und die Lage sind toll. Es liegt direkt in einer sehr ruhigen Bucht in Loctudy. Die Terrasse, die Kayaks und die direkte Lage am Wasser sind ein Traum.
Man kann jeden Tag am Wasser sein und dem Meeresrauschen zuhören.
Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist gut. Es gibt vier Schlafplätze im Erdgeschoss inkl. Dusche im Erdgeschoss.
Im Obergeschoss gibt es sechs Schlafplätze und zwei sehr kleine Badezimmer.
Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war nicht gut. Der Kühlschrank und beide Toiletten waren schmutzig. Es lägen Socken der Vormieter unter dem Bett. Ebenfalls Verstaubtes Geld war zu finden.
Wer also kein Problem damit hat, nach Einzug eine Grundreinigung durchzuführen und gerne Zeit draußen verbringt ist hier genau richtig.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Der Concierge kann nur französisch.
Wir würden wieder kommen wenn das Haus vor Einzug besser geputzt wird.
