Situated in Eugene, this attractive house for $185 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Jackson Star is a warm and inviting modern home in the heart of downtown Eugene walking distance to the University of Oregon, best restaurants, and craft brewery district of the Whiteaker neighborhood. The Star is the perfect home for friends and families to enjoy quality time together!! Located in the heart of downtown Eugene, Jackson Star is a spacious light-filled home that provides guests with a beautiful and serene setting to call home while in Eugene. The layout of this home is thoughtfully designed to offer guests an open and inviting place to gather together while simultaneously maintaining features that allow for privacy among your group. Gorgeous wood floors warm the space throughout the home, and the mid-century furniture has been selected for comfort and style. Artwork by local curator and artist, Robert Canaga, enhance this mid-century modern home. Bedrooms The home is a two-story, 2-bedroom, 1 bath, with a large and spacious loft. The upstairs loft has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a reading area, and an office area with a full size writer's desk. Views of the trees and evening sky through the skylights make the loft a private and dreamy space within the home. The master bedroom features a memory foam mattress and has large French doors that open to the Suite. The master Suite has a full size sofa, comfortable reading chairs and a closet. The Suite looks into the garden, making it a perfect place to unwind and relax. The bedrooms can accommodate up to 2 people, or 2 couples (4people). If you have another person or couple that would like to join your party, please inquire about the availability of the rental Studio on site. Bathroom The bathroom has a shower-tub and include bath salts for the guest who truly wants to unwind! Specialty soaps are provided for guest, in addition to other amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, body wash and hair dryer. Kitchen The kitchen at Jackson Star is equipped to make almost any meal you desire. A complete set of Cuisineart cookware, induction stove & oven, portable dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, various coffee makers, wine decanter, a selection of glassware, spices, tea and coffee. There is a large grill located out the kitchen door, and a set of utensils for grilling in the kitchen. In addition to a dining table off the kitchen that accommodates six people, a two-person table situated in the kitchen offers a cozy option for dining as well. Living Area The living room features a beautiful solid oak dining table set for four, and able to accommodate six. The L-shape sofa creates a place for friends and family to gather comfortably, or to enjoy a movie on the large digital screen TV. The Garden The grounds around the home are beautifully landscaped to create garden nooks throughout the property, offering a place of serenity and beauty. There is a six-person dining table in the backyard, off the master Suite, available to house guests. There is a rental Studio situated at the back of the property, and each place has separate outdoor areas in the garden. House and Studio guests are both welcome to use the large BBQ on the property. The Neighborhood The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Take a stroll to the nearby park or to one of the many great eating establishments within walking distance. A local organic grocery market, is conveniently located one block from the home.

Had a lovely stay at Eve's property in Eugene. The house is gorgeous, with a lovely yard, and it's in an excellent location. We had a little trouble checking in, but Eve and her caretaker were helpful, and we really enjoyed our visit!

Great house, nice and clean and comfortable. My daughter took the upstairs and that was perfect for her and my wife and I slept in the bed downstairs. Very well supplied kitchen and bath. Nice backyard that I wish I had been able to use more of. Easy location to all of Eugene. Very nice neighborhood and no issues with anything. Would highly recommend.

This property is everything it promised to be. Great location, very well kept. The interior is spotless, every possible kitchen need is there- great for staying in and cooking! And the beds? A dream! Eve was great with the communication and so pleasant to deal with. We will definitely recommend, and hope to return in the future!

Lovely home, lovely connections with Eve; wonderfully well stocked, comfortable bed (downstairs, didn't venture much upstairs because of steepness of stairs and access to bathroom and because I am kind of a scardey-cat but it was lovely), easy-to-use kitchen, interesting neighborhood with lots of great eats. And Eve was a pleasure to work with. Thank you! Will stay again and look forward to it.

This is a really gorgeous home. We loved the decor, everything was super comfortable and the location was excellent. If I ever find myself in Eugene again, I will try to stay here. The Jackson Star was an excellent home base for our trip. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Jackson Star, and would love to return. It was the perfect place for our family of four. Eve is a wonderful host, very quick to communicate and helpful. The garden is truly lovely and the house is stylish and very clean. The location is ideal, as it's a quick walk to many great restaurants, stores, playground, etc. and a short drive to campus, downtown and other areas of Eugene.
We would definitely love to stay here again when we return to visit family in Eugene.

Great location and a quick ride/walk to Downtown and campus, if a little ambiguous. Place is clean and quiet. Was not crazy about the memory foam mattress in main bedroom but not a deal breaker.

Perfect spot in Eugene
This home is immaculate and set up with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. The outdoor garden space is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The house is located in a great spot to walk to many places in Eugene. It's on a quiet street in a really charming neighborhood. We were in Eugene for a family wedding and a few days before our stay we asked for an adjustment in our reservation. The host was quick to respond to questions and she was very accommodating and understanding of our needs. If we ever need a place to stay in Eugene again, we will try to book this place.

Girl trip!
We stayed in Eugene while my granddaughter attended the U of Volleyball Camp. The house was clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed. She loved the upstairs and the bed was so comfortable. Thank you Eve for a great trip! We will stay here again!

Fabulous experience for graduation weekend!
We loved every minute in both Jackson Star and the studio at Eve’s property! We checked in and were pleasantly surprised with beautiful fresh flowers and croissants, which was so thoughtful and much appreciated! 😊

Wonderful home in Eugene!
My wife and adult son and I stayed at Eve's home in West Eugene in early May, while visiting our daughter who is in grad school at UO. It was the perfect place for our stay. Great neighborhood, wonderful location, easy walking distance to downtown. The house was very clean and was just as shown in the photos. Hope to stay there again on future visits, and highly recommend it to others!

Very nice cozy home!
We where in Eugene for a college visit with my son. Close access to restaurants and freeway to Autzen stadium. Nice quiet home away from busy roads. Wife loved the front with all the flowers. Property is well equipped with amenities. Careful of front porch light, we are on the tall side 6'7" and we did hit our heads on it. Lol! Great visit will rent again...

Peaceful jewle in a wonderful location
I visited with my dauther who lives in the downtown area and it was the perfect location for me. A quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful morning walk through the neighbourhood to meet with her for breakfast. I lovedf the decor, the amazing matress in the masterbedroom, the well equipped kitchen and the ability to watch movies on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc. My desperatly needed rest from the hustle and bustle of the SF Bay Area was met and I felt restored after only two days. It truely felt like home away from home and I highly recomment Jackson Star. Mahalo Nui❤️
