Located in Long Bay Hills, this attractive house for $3,048 per night is a great option for your next break. Escape to paradise at Conched Out Villa, a grand 7-bedroom beachfront estate on the beautiful Long Bay Beach. Find the perfect group getaway at this large beachfront villa with stunning vistas over Long Bay Beach. Conched Out features seven bedrooms, two living rooms, and a giant open-aired terrace on the top floor, perfect for viewing the tremendous star-filled skies at night! This small Caribbean island's lack of ambient light allows for some truly fantastic star-gazing. Four spacious bedrooms are on the main floor, three of which feature a king-size bed, flat-screen TVs, ocean views, and en-suite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has twin beds (can also be configured as a king) and a bathroom just across the hall. The three ground-level bedrooms all offer queen size beds; two have en-suite bathrooms, and the third has a bathroom across the hall. The lower ground level has been recently renovated and includes a second living room with a 65" T.V., coffee maker area, fridge, and ample seating. Fall asleep among gentle tropical breezes and the sound of the ocean. You won’t believe how many stars you’ll see on a clear night. A summary of the amenities and features of Conched Out villa: -Fully air-conditioned -Outdoor wet bar with bbq and relaxing trade winds -Bedroom one (main level): king-size bed with en-suite bath, opens to the pool deck and has a beautiful ocean view -Bedroom two (main level): two twin beds that can be configured as a king, garden view. A full bath is directly across the hall -Bedroom three (main level): king-size bed with en-suite bath, opens to the pool deck and has a beautiful ocean view -Bedroom four (main level): king-size bed with en-suite bath, opens to pool deck, no view of the pool, but the beautiful ocean view -Bedroom five (terrace level): queen-size bed with en-suite bath -Bedroom six (terrace level): queen-size bed with bath in hallway -Bedroom seven (terrace level): queen-size bed with en-suite bath -All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, and all bathrooms have blow dryers -Large infinity pool -Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access throughout the property -Washer and dryer -Lush and colorful landscaping -Long Bay Beach is a lovely 3-mile stretch of powder white sand and turquoise water. -And, of course, all high-quality linens and beach towels are included Notes: • Conched Out features an optional pool heater, and guests may split the $600 A/C allowance between air conditioning and pool heating. Electricity is metered and will be shown upon check-in. Overage is charged at the current market rate. • All our properties are offered double occupancy (2 per bedroom). This includes children and babies of all ages. • The property manager will meet guests at the villa at 4 pm for check-in. A rental car is highly recommended for getting around the island. • Occupancy: Rates are based on use by 14 guests (this number includes babies and children). Extra guests with a maximum occupancy of 16 are permitted at a guest fee. Rollaway beds are available for the two additional guests, but cribs must be rented if needed. • Please note this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. Please inquire directly if this is the time frame you wish to travel, and we will see if we can make it happen! • AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given an AC allotment of $600 per week; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in. • As of 2018, many parts of Florida, Mexico, and many parts of the Caribbean, including the Turks & Caicos, have been experiencing an influx of seaweed on some beaches. This usually happens between late May and early September and primarily affects Long Bay Beach. Tides, currents, and other conditions caused by mother nature cause sands to shift. Shifting sands may cause beaches on the island to grow larger or smaller or sometimes disappear altogether.

We stayed at this house in February of 2024 for a few days and the house was large enough to accommodate three families with children. The pool heater was not operational while we were there, but we were told it was repaired when we were departing.

This property was great! Better than the pictures. Management greeted us with drinks and was very attentive during the stay. I would recommend Conched Out to anyone.

Conched Out is an amazing vacation destination! The property manager and staff were wonderful! The house is beautiful and easily accommodated our family of 15. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We had plenty of space to share meals, work a puzzle, play cards, or watch a movie at night. The outdoor living areas and pool were perfect! We enjoyed grilling dinner, having happy hours at the outdoor bar, and chilling out during the day. The beach is stunning and is where we spent most of our time! What an unforgettable trip! Thank you!

We are thrilled to have spent the week at Conched Out for my father's birthday. The property was beautiful, private, and clean. There was ample space for our party of 14. Our manager (Faye) was very responsive to everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

The property has a lot of living and entertaining space so everyone could spread out. We had a party of 8 and the pool deck area was more than enough to accomodate everyone. Ronald the manager was very attentive to requests for PWC's and paddleboards. The beachside covered chair area was a great spot to soak in the beautiful beach with the ocean breeze. Having a full service kitchen with all the settings and bar area made it easy for breakfasts and drinks throughout the day. Maid service was twice weekly and everything was very clean throughout the residence from check in to check out.
Our group loved the location, seclusion and great beach access!

My wife and I take our children and grandchildren on an annual vacation sometimes at an all inclusive resort and sometimes renting a large home.
This home was exactly as described. A perfect beach villa. TC Villas and the house managers were extremely responsive always getting back to us within 24 hours. When the dishwasher broke they were on site within two hours. I would certainly use this rental company again.
My only criticism of our trip and this has nothing to do with TC Villas is that the island is fantastically expensive and the fruit on the island was the worst I have ever tasted but the house and the setting were afforded our family the best beach vacation ever

A week in paradise
The villa is perfect. The staff went out of their way to make our week perfect. Our only complaint was the seaweed which we learned is only a problem 2 months each year. But the public beaches more than made up for the seaweed on our side of the island.

So many "extras" that we were not expecting! We felt very taken care of. Our family of 16 had plenty of space to be very comfortable. For a fee, they added a crib to the one room.
A few things to take note of, the view is fantastic and the pool and ocean are warm (May 2022) The beach is very short in front of the villa but clean and the sand is white.
The food prices at the grocery stores are a lot higher than in the USA. You need to budget for more costs for food. The resort restaurants are $45-50 for main dishes as a standard price and a mixed drink is $15-17. So plan accordingly.
Maid service is 2x a week which was perfect for our family. A very nice woman took care of the Villa for us.
When they suggest 3 hours at the airport for your departure... take that advice, you will be very happy you got there early!! The airport is a disaster! Traveling with 16 people is very challenging and the airport disorganization did not help. We only had 2.5 hours and it got very stressful that we might run out of time! Plan for LOTS of people and LONG lines and to be very HOT! Car return is also a challenge. If I could give one piece of advice... get to the airport early!!! If we had known better, we could have dropped off our bags early, then gone for breakfast, then dropped off our car, and come back for security to get to the gate.
You will love the Villa and the island! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience at the villa! Hector and Faye were prompt and anything we needed they right on top of it. The villa had everything there that you would need. Everything was clean and well taken care of. If you are looking for a relaxing experience I would highly recommend this villa.

This property is absolutely breathtaking! We are still talking about the views. All rooms are clean and a nice size. We had a large group and never once felt crowded. We will definitely be back to stay at conched out!

The pool was great the beach was awesome and Hector the grounds keeper was the sweetest soul we ever did meet. He was so accommodating and did everything with a smile love that guy!!! This villa was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room, and the location was perfect. Beautiful pool, lovely indoor/outdoor living space, sandy, quiet beach, and that crystal clear turquoise water. Life doesn't get any better than this!!

Absolutely amazing in every way!
Wow....this villa is remarkable. Extremely clean and well cared for, safe, perfect position on the beach, comfortable places to sit whether at the beach, by the pool, in the hammocks. Kept the doors and windows wide open during the day and always had refreshing breezes blowing through the house. Turned the AC on at night and were completely comfortable. We had 10 family members and the rooms worked out perfectly for everyone to have their privacy and the house was so quiet, even with early risers and night owls alike!
Hector was always so kind and helpful and always on hand if we needed anything. Dominga took such great care of us by keeping the house so clean while we were there. She definitely spoiled us! And Faye from TC Villas was always just a text away if we needed anything. Actually, all the people at TC Villas were extremely helpful with any information we needed about the island.
Thanks so much for an amazing vacation with memories we will have always!

Paradise and a great getaway!
We had a family of 16 and it was so magical to stay at this villa! Everything was perfect! The island was also beautiful of course. I would recommend to go to Amanyara for massages!

Beautiful views, gorgeous beach.
Amazing property and perfect beach. Constant breeze broke the heat, water was perfect and the beach was perfect for endlessly long walks. Pool was just right fur the kids and the daily caretaker and maid service covered just about every need. Hard to find any complaints on this one, thanks for the opportunity to stay at your place. I would highly recommend a rental car for getting in and out and taking occasional outings around the island.
