About this condo rental
Located in Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for $343 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Call Scott (Owner) with any questions 904.738.6308 Paradise Resort is one of the newest oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach. The resort is conveniently located near area shopping, dining, live entertainment and golf. The resort amenities include an Olympic size oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, heated indoor pool, heated indoor lazy river and indoor & outdoor hot tubs in addition to a gym, on-site restaurant and tiki bar. Our condo is located on the 14th floor of this beautiful resort offering amazing views of the ocean. Our condo features an oceanfront master bedroom with a King bed, sliding doors leading out to the balcony and a private bathroom. Guest bedroom #1 includes two queen beds and flat screen TV. Guest bedroom #2 includes two queen beds, flat screen TV and attached bathroom. Other features include a new queen sleeper sofa and loveseat (not yet pictured) in the living room, washer/dryer in the unit, and a large oceanfront balcony. The kitchen includes a flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, granite counter tops and under-mount sink. The resort has an attached parking garage making it easy to load/unload the car and guests don't have to walk across the street to park making it very safe for families. Our rate includes bed linens & bath towels and departure cleaning. Wifi and pool towels are provided free of charge by the resort. Myrtle Beach was voted 'Best Family Beach' by The Travel Channel. Great Central Location! You'll be close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer including, 120 golf courses, over 1900 restaurants, live entertainment, fun shopping, water parks, and thrilling attractions. Paradise Resort is conveniently located near the new oceanfront Boardwalk, less than 3 miles from the airport and The Market Commons - a 114 acre urban village community with shopping (Tommy Bahama, The Orvis Company, Chico's), dining (PF Chang's, Gordon Biersch Brewery, Divine Prime and Travinia Italian Kitchen) and entertainment (Grande 14 Cinema). Paradise Resort is also less than 4 miles from Broadway at the Beach, a large outdoor shopping area that has dozens of great restaurants, IMAX Theater, mini-golf, children's amusement park, Ripley's Believe it Or Not Aquarium, Hard Rock Cafe, night clubs, piano bar, arcade and paddle boats. The Nascar Speedpark is located directly across the street from Broadway at the beach and features several go-cart tracks and an arcade. Next to the Speedpark is Myrtle Waves, South Carolina's largest water park with over 30 slides and attractions and 1.2 million gallons of water. There are several options for lunch and fun snacks including funnel cakes, pizza and ice cream and souvenirs. You will never run out of fun things to do!

The condo was in a great location for our needs. It was a very short walk to the beach and had a nice pool and lazy river. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The only down side was the day before we left, a family moved in next door who smoked pot on the balcony and in their room constantly, and it stunk up the hall and ruined us being able to sit outside.

Was disappointed because the dishes were in cabinet but not clean, They had a film on them. The counters in the kitchen were not clean. Had to purchase incidentals such a toilet tissue and garbage bags, which are normally supplied. Be sure to count the amount of bath cloths and towels or you will be charged for what was not there. I did enjoy my stay. The view and location of the property was very good.

On a scale of 1-10 i would give this place an 8. I love how spacious the condo is, and the view of the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. I loved the down stairs pools and how there are 3 different pools for all ages and a bar. The things that made me not give this place a 10 out of 10 would be the parking deck! it’s a nightmare finding a place to park and trying to leave from this location. I had to wait in a line of cars for 10 mins before a hotel worker was able to find the guest who stopped their car and left it parked in the entrance of the parking deck, Also having to load up 7 people and get them on the elevator to get to the 14th floor when the elevator during the day is constantly packed is a pain! Also the mattress in the main room was so uncomfortable for me, sleeping on it left me in sooo much pain. The internet as the owner stated was something he has no control over which is understandable, my family and i brought a portable WiFi router because the internet was in and out. Over all the trip was great my family and i enjoyed being at myrtle beach.

Our condo was great exactly what we expected. The view from the balcony was great. Pools and hot tubs were wonderful for rainy days. Close to shops, grocery stores and Broadway. We are already talking about going back next summer.

We have had a home in Murrells Inlet for years and just last year we sold it. We are building a new home and this was a trip to meet with various vendors and contractors regarding the home. The Condo at Paradise was very nice, clean, and well equipped. Check in was effortless and communication with the owner was great.

This condo was in a great location and was plenty spacious for our family!
Kitchen is well stocked and large! There are plenty of cleaning supplies if you need them. The freezer does not have an ice maker but there were several ice trays (worth getting a bag of ice if you have a large crowd).
We were pleasantly surprised with the beach chairs and sand toys for kids that were provided in the unit.
The master bedroom is nice and big, with its own bathroom and balcony sliding door. The balcony spreads across the unit, with access through both the master bedroom and living room area. There is plenty of dining area with both the bar with stools that seats 4 and the dining table that seats 6. Both guest bedrooms had plenty of space as well. The shared bathroom has an entrance from the hallway and from one bedroom. The beds that we used were fine, but a little softer than we would prefer (however, that's just personal preference). There were plenty of pillows and extra blankets and linens in the closets. There were 4 towels for each bathroom and pool towels are provided at the pool area.
While we didn't use the pool or lazy river, we did walk through the area to access the private beach walkway. There are outdoor showers to wash off the sand. The lazy river is a bit small, however, that didn't seem to bother the kids that were enjoying it. The pool area was very clean.
It was nice to have parking attached to the building, but the spaces can be a tight squeeze if you have a large vehicle. There are several restaurants that you could easily walk to, as well as mini-golf. There is also a Walmart just a few blocks away.
Overall, we enjoyed the condo, Scott was excellent with communication, quick to have an issue fixed, and the location couldn't have been better!

This was my first time using vrbo and it went splendid. The apartment was nice and clean and with the beachfront view it could not get any better. The lazy river is small, but it was very nice. The pool was not very busy, and this location was prime. I will definitely book this again.

Never got the password changed. The shower in the guest room with the two queen beds very slow drain. Closet doors totally off. Glad you had instructions cuz we didn't know how to make sure the stove was off. The one TV had no remote couldn't change channels hated the location of the TV as well you could really watch it unless you laid on your side. Overall the place was nice the bedrooms were nice size beds were comfortable

We had rented a condo in Myrtle beach in July 2022. We couldn’t even stay in it due to so much mold. The ceiling in the bedroom was covered in mold! The refrigerator was moldy and it smelled terrible and the air conditioner did not work. We are registering a formal complaint against his condo. Will never use VRBO again.

Loved this condo
The condo was very clean and spacious for 2 families. The kitchen had all the amenities. The view is amazing. The pool was great. The lazy River was fun for the kids. It even had chairs and sand toys for the beach. Just watch your toe on the center bed post. I broke my toe. Lol. Great stay. Would definitely stay again. Owner was very nice. Check in process was easy. Parking very nice. We played in the Ripken Tournament and it was so close to the park. Loved everything.

Annual family trip
This is the 4th year we’ve stayed at Paradise Resorts but the first time renting from Scott. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Easiest check in ever with just the door code. Scott was easy to communicate with.
