emplacement parfait proche d'une grande gare, les transports en commun sont très proches et très pratiques , j'ai parfois préférer les prendre plutot que ma voiture; très bel appartement, très spacieux ; déco originale et vraiment lumineux; cuisine bien équipée, proche de plusieurs supermarchés, mais aussi de plusieurs restaurants
la literie pas très confortable; le parking est dans un autre immeuble et vraiment pas pratique: pas d'ascenseur pour remonter alors que la place est tout en bas du parking je pense au 3e sous sol... j'ai préféré payer le parking dans la rue ! enfin, la clim est une clim mobile ... heureusement que je n'en ai pas eu besoin...

Appartamento bellissimo,arredato con gusto, cucina fornitissima di tutto. Davvero eccellente! Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere personalmente Pierre il proprietario, molto cordiale e disponibile! Ottima posizione vicino a tutto anche a piedi. Davvero consigliatissimo!

*Great location, short walk from railway station Guillemins & tram stops and situated in a quiet residential street
*Excellent, timely correspondence from owners
*Easy to access apartment
*Beautiful, bright town-house apartment with period features as well as some quirky items of decor
*Air con unit provided
*Well equipped kitchen area
*Access to washing machine in the basement
*Lovely private terrace with table, chairs and lounger
*Large shower room with walk-in shower
*We would absolutely stay here again!!
Also...there is a lovely wee patisserie just along the road
Nothing...except to mention the bed on the mezzanine level - it was sooo hot during our stay that we were unable to sleep up there and had to use the sofa bed closer to the air-con unit. Such a shame as it was a lovely feature. Perhaps next time!
