Nestled in Fairborn, this attractive house for $151 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. You’ll be a cool cat when you stay at our groovy mid mod inspired pad! Use the gas grill on the deck or cook a meal in our well-equipped kitchen featuring a far out retro fridge, or stream entertainment on the Roku TV. Our beautiful Mid Mod inspired home is right next to the Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Wright State University, and the Soin Medical Center. The house is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary coffee and creamers, basic toiletries, three bedrooms and large deck on the backside of the house. Sparkling-clean and sanitized! We were known for our level of cleanliness even before the current health concerns, and we continue to give you a perfectly clean stay that you can trust. Freshly sanitized microfiber cleaning cloths are used only once per area/task, and all cloths are run through a sanitizing, extra hot wash cycle and thoroughly dried on high heat before being used again. Sheets and towels are always clean, white, and sanitized on the hottest wash cycle, with an appropriate amount of bleach to completely sanitize and disinfect. Enhanced cleaning protocols means we sanitize every surface, door handle, remote, drawer pull, light switch, charging cable, table top, miniblind wand, faucet, microwave controls, Keurig and coffee pot surfaces, opening edge of medicine cabinet, hairdryer, flat iron, lamp switches, bedside table drawer edge, toilet tank lever...if it is a touch-surface it gets sanitized! After thoroughly cleaning every space, we begin at the back of the house and sanitize our way to the front and out the door, using 70% isopropyl alcohol, as recommended by the CDC, including every touch-surface as we go, and finally the sanitize the keys just before dropping them into the lock box. Ample cleaning supplies are available in the home, as well as 70% isopropyl alcohol. Alcohol is wonderful for cleaning cell phones, glasses, buckles and zippers on your purse or wallet, your credit cards, laptop surfaces, rental car seatbelt buckles, gear shift, steering wheel, rear view mirror before adjusting, etc.

This house was perfect for us and our disabled son to stay while we met and trained our son's service dog. The house was clean and uncluttered and had plenty of space. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. The bedrooms had plenty of pillows and bedding. The property managers helped us immensely by granting a special request. We couldn't have had a better homebase!

Lovely location, tons of restaurants nearby. The house was so clean and just as presented. Kitchen was so well stocked. Would be a great place for a longer stay, too. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any needs. Would definitely recommend if you are staying the the Dayton area.

We enjoyed our stay and the home was very relaxing! Neighborhood was very quiet and had easy access to everything nearby! We had a wonderful time being back in Beavercreek visiting family and friends and the home made it feel even better! The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The house is just like the photos show - very comfortable. The kitchen is well-supplied with all you need to prepare food. Lots of towels, extra blankets, as well as a variety of toiletries were available as well. We enjoyed seeing a rabbit each day and a groundhog one day in the back yard!

We came into town for WGI Percussion Championships. The location was convenient to UD, Nutter and the interstate to get back and forth to KY. The house was beautifully supplied. I don’t think they left a stone unturned, which doesn’t happen everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

If you are looking for a roomy, warm and cozy place to stay this is it. I highly recommend. It’s close to Wilberforce University and Wright State. Also a perfect kitchen and coffee bar for the home away from home feel.

The pictures actually don't do this home justice! Exceptionally clean, very well stocked with everything you need and even things you didn't realize you need or forgot (travel/emergency toothbrush!). Beds comfortable, linens are fresh. The home feels larger than 1200 sq ft! The location is outstanding. Very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, close to everything in Dayton including Yellow Springs, the Airforce Museum, Carillon Park all within just a few minutes. Appliances are new and there is a brand new gas grill and wonderful new gazebo on the deck (Which were nice surprises as they were not even in the photos when we booked!) Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nothing but positives about the property and communication with owner! The house is immaculate and Lisa provides a ton of extra special perks with your stay. We left laundry and without any extra cost she FEdex'd to our home once discovering in the dryer. Highly recommend. Will stay there in a heart beat when back in the area.

The house was SUPER CUTE. Communication with the owners was easy-peasy. The cleaners need to do a little better job. The sheets were stained so it creeps ya out a little. Great short stay. Wish we could’ve stayed our full rental time, we had something come up & had to leave early. Just have the cleaners bleach out stains in the sheets & towels & clean up dust under furniture, all hardwoods make it super easy to do.

The interior is tastefully decorated and has everything you need (dishes, towels, coffee maker and creamer packets). Beds are quite comfortable. We were in town to visit elderly parents but were nervous about staying in a hotel in this Covid environment. This was a perfect option considering we were not having our normal trip back home - visiting restaurants and stores we love and miss. Very comfortable for the “down” times! Lisa was wonderful - very communicative! Decor is adorable! Hope to stay here again on a future trip!

We stayed here for 2 weeks, the neighborhood was perfect for us as we liked to walk. It was very close to many restaurants and the maill, which we liked alot. the place was roomy and comfortable. The owner was amazing, she communicated with us when we had questions and was very accomodating. The bathrooms were very nice and the shower was very large. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were in Dayton to celebrate Thanksgiving at my daughter's house. This house was very clean and did have a cool retro feel. The bathrooms looked newly remodeled. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Accessibility was great. There was one short step to the front door and the bathroom has with a walk-in shower. The house was easy to find and close to my daughters house.

My mom, sisters, and I got away for a quick ladies weekend, and this house was perfect! We were very close to lots of shopping and eating options, and the decor was so much fun. We would definitely come back!
