The beds was surprisingly comfy. We were worried that we might not like the room as per reviews, but our stay was with no issue. We even extended the stay a bit as we had to get a late check out and it was easy to extend. We stayed for 3 nights and we had a good night sleep. We also got lucky and got ourselves a parking behind the hotel, need to use street parking apps to pay for it, only free on Sunday. Also, very near to the malls. You can get to Berjaya Times Square, Lalaport, Low Yat, Sungei Wang Plaza from here.
It's not that disturbing for us but we do noticed how near the street sounds are but consider you are literally beside the road, that's fine. The toilet at the beginning smell a bit bad but we did a little cleaning and scrubbing on our own to get comfy. Not that it wasn't clean in the beginning but if you're a sensitive person, might need to do a bit more cleaning. Oh, and our room was very small, I can barely do my prayer in the room. Consider that we were lucky to get the parking behind the hotel, the hourly rate can get pricey. From 7am to 7pm, RM 1.5 for 1st hour, RM 2.5 for the next hours. I woke up at 9 and paid the parking thru the app. From 9am to 7pm is RM 21.5.

Overall its good and i like it The room is clean
Only things that i felt a bit diffcult when one card/key provided .When i bump to the situation that my son fall asleep i cannot go out if i go out m afraid if he cannot wake up to open the door . I try to get a extra card but they said the hotel only provide one card
