Mohamed in the reception and his colleagues are extremely helpful… the rooms are very cosy, hot water, air conditioning, comfortable clean beds.. it’s my second time to choose staying here.

The room was lovely, very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were excellent, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was convenient, and the hotel had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Great value for money.

the staff was excellent — they were extremely sweet, helpful, and kind! they’re 1/2 positives about this place. the other one was its location, ofc.
all the facilities were quite worn out :( there’re dirty tea cups from previous guests, stains on the furniture, although the bathroom was clean enough. also, bedsheets didn’t seem fresh: i found a few tiny bugs (not bedbugs, thankfully) and hair on it. lastly, we had our checkout at 3am and were not able to use the sink or toilet as there was no water at all at night… we don’t know if it was a one-time issue or it’s something regular that we were not warned about.
