About this house rental
Set in a very Spanish community, in beautifully maintained, mature tropical gardens with a large pool. Private patio offers shade under a flowering pergola, there is also a secluded front garden with a seating area. All 3 upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned (sleeping 5). If needed, also a comfortable basement conversion (sleeps 2) with own bathroom, own air-conditioning & TV can be made available. Separate Central Heating for the winter in all rooms in the house. Upstairs bedroom has a small terrace with sea view.
Equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster. Located very near beach (3 min walk), all amenities, beach promenade, bars, restaurants, shops; water sports on a beach within easy walk. Historic town Mojacar Pueblo within 2 miles, Aqua Park within 10 miles, near golf course. A choice of easily accessible local points of interest.

Just returned from a week's holiday at this lovely property. We were a large family of 8 adults. My husband and I, our three adult children and their partners. We all agree that the property was fabulous! It was spotless clean when we arrived. The kitchen is nice and big and very well equipped. Plenty of China, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils. The fridge is large with a decent size freezer. I especially appreciated the dishwasher! The lounge was a decent size and the 'kids' enjoyed the TV occasionally. Loads of English channels and easy instructions. We all found the WiFi a bit slow and patchy at times. It worked best out on the patio or by the pool. But hey we didn't come on holiday to spend all our time online! The bedrooms upstairs were lovely. Our master bedroom was gorgeous. It had a small balconey which overlooked the rear patio and pool. Loads of storage cupboards. We slept well. The other two upstairs bedrooms were a double with a balconey overlooking the front pretty patio and large single bedroom. A large bathroom with a decent overhead shower. The downstairs basement conversion was a lovely surprise. We didn't know quite what to expect but all 3 of the other couples argued over who should have it! It is a lovely self contained apartment in itself (no kitchen). It's huge! A table and chairs, sofa, bed, own TV and a separate bunk bed. It's own shower room with the washing machine in an alcove. It only has very small basement windows so not much natural light but that didn't really matter. There is also a small loo and shower on the ground floor as you come in the front door. Very useful. Outside was a pretty front patio with a small table and chairs and at the rear a very large but pretty patio with a big table and chairs that all 8 of us could sit around each mealtime easily. There are a few steps leading from the patio to the garden and pool area. The gardens are so well kept and the pool was spotlessly clean. We loved the pool! It is one of the nicest we have ever used. Many times we were the only people using it. The air conditioning throughout the property was wonderful to have.
The location is excellent. One road back from a nice quiet beach. Very close to Thomases supermarket and near lots of restaurants.
Our one and only criticism is the beds! Our master bed was fine but all the others really struggled with them being very wobbly and unstable.
Overall, a fabulous property which we would love to return to. Thankyou
