Séjour au top
Nous y avons séjourné fin février avec nos 4 enfants. L’emplacement est idyllique aussi bien pour la vue, la proximité des commerces et des promenades. Situé au seul endroit où la nature est encore un peu préservée. Merci à Christine pour l’accueil et ses bons conseils.
Petit bémol la maison peut bien accueillir 12 personnes par contre les repas devront se faire en extérieur.
Nous avons trouvé un peu exagéré aussi d’être facturé de notre consommation d’eau et d’électricité, 30€ pour 5 jours et 6 personnes nous avons trouvé ça un peu cher. Au vu du prix du séjour à la villa, les frais devraient être inclus.

Une vue splendide, une maison magnifique !
La maison a beaucoup de caractère, le fait d'avoir 2 espaces distincts sur 2 étages c'est un avantage lorsque nous partons à plusieurs familles. La vue est tout simplement splendide, la mer ne peut pas être plus proche sinon ce serait sur pilotis ! L'accueil de Christine était au top tout comme les échanges avec le propriétaire, bref je recommande vivement ce bien. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Emplacement et maison parfaits
Maison agréable et idéalement située au plus proche du Cap : bercement des vagues et embruns assurés, et panorama au top. Idéal pour 2 familles et des espaces adaptés à chacune. Contact simple, rapide et efficace avec le propriétaire et pour la remise des clés sur place. Belle expérience.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa avec beaucoup de charme, d’authenticité et surtout une vue magnifique sur la mer !
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour en famille.
Christine est très agréable, accueillante et souriante.
Les propriétaires sont avenants et disponibles.

Traumlage mit toller Aussicht und dabei ruhig
Schönes Haus mit Charme in traumhafter Lage mit Blick auf das Kap und die Hafeneinfahrt mit Fort Brescou. Der Sandstrand liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Die Küchen-Ausstattung ist vollständig und großzügig bemessen (Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser). Elektrische Heizungen sind für kühle Tage auch vorhanden. Wir haben sie aber nicht gebraucht, weil das Wetter im Oktober 2021 noch sehr schön warm war (19-23 Grad Celsius). Der Garten ist sehr groß und ein gemauerter Grill, eine Waschmaschine und Wäschespinne ist auch vorhanden. Alle 7 Familienmitglieder (zwischen 9 und 71 Jahren) haben sich in der Villa St. Paul auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation per E-Mail mit dem Vermieter klappte hervorragend. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Christine beim Empfang und Check-Out war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Fragen wurden kurzfristig beantwortet sowie ein kleinere Reklamation/Reparatur würde sehr schnell von ihr behoben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können es rundum empfehlen.

Ein bisschen wie in einer französischen Familienkomödie: ein altes Haus, schonend modernisiert und mit ganz viel Charme für Familien und ihre Freunde. Die Lage ist unglaublich und geht nicht besser!

Ein sehr schönes Objekt, die Dusch- und Waschmöglichkeiten sind etwas begrenzt. Aber die wunderschöne Lage und das typische französische Flair waren einzigartig.

Ein schöner Platz am Meer
Wir waren mehrere Familien und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Selbst eine so große Gruppe wie wir, 7 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder, findet hier ausreichend Platz. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt und ist hübsch und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ein bisschen oberhalb des Strandes ist absolut perfekt und wir haben die Aussicht und das Meer jeden Tag genossen. Gerne kommen wir wieder und wir können das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Geweldig verblijf op 🌟 locatie in cap d’agde
Wij hadden een leuke week op een top locatie, prachtig zeezicht vanuit de tuin, goede keuken inrichting, zeer compleet voor verblijf met grote groep! Leuke zitjes in de tuin, zeezicht terras soms te winderig in onze week, maar bij de bbq zit je dan weer heerlijk onder de bomen uit de wind.
Leuk extraatje was t vuurwerk op onze laatste avond, vip plaatsen op ons balkon!

Très bon séjour face à la mer ou chaque génération a pu profiter des plaisirs simples de la vie, plage/footing/barbecue/pétanque sur la place centrale/pêche et farniente.

Super localisation avec une bande de son de vagues apaisantes
Communication très fluide avec les propriétaires, la maison est magnifique, équipé parfaitement pour faire de la cuisine (notamment poissons et fruits de mer), à moins d'une minute de la plage, criée à 3 min à pied. c'est un endroit parfait pour changer d'air des grandes villes confinées et s'endormir avec le bruit des vagues en fond sonore.

Authenticité et vue spectaculaire sur la mer
Nous étions une grande famille, grands parents , enfants , petits enfants, chiens et chat ; toutes les générations se sont bien senties dans cette maison ; 2 étages à la fois communiquants (escalier intérieur) et indépendants (escalier extérieur) parfait pour les ados , Rez de chaussé parfait pour les grands parents et enfants en bas âges , pas de queue pour la toilette avec 1 immense baignoire et 3 douches , convivialité et intimité (cuisines modernes, grands canapés chambres spacieuses et calmes ) meubles , décoration , vaisselle agréables et authentiques, rien de chez Ikéa (!!) . Immense jardin où on peut garer toutes les voitures sans empiéter sur l’espace de vie , accès direct à la plage et bien sûr la vue magnifique et omniprésente sur la mer , avec un spectacle différent selon les jours et les heures de la journée...

The house with its terraces and garden is located perfectly at the beach with an astonishing view. It was the perfect house for 3 families including 5 kids. We had a pleasant time and organisation and conversation with Hubert was smooth and easy. Only downsize was that we had to clean the bedrooms from some dust, but it was okay.

Maison assez grande pour mes filles et mes petits enfants très proche de la plage se qui est incessant pour les jeunes enfants et les bébés . Une belle vue, grande surface au alentours et Terrain clos,un peu loin des commerces Pas de voisins direct. Très bon séjours même si le temps n’était pas trop avec nous ? Sehr schöne Lage, gute Betreuung von Besitzer und zuständiger Person vor Ort.
Leider sind viele kleine Mängel (sicher seit längerem bekannt):
- defekte Sonnenstore
- Kühlschranktüre: alle Türtablare abgebrochen
- ein Kühlschrank war nicht sauber
- WIFI im EG: kaum Empfang, Datenmenge begrenzt
- Türschloss Haupttüre defekt, mit Draht gebastelt/repariert
- es fehlt eine Kapsel Kaffee Maschine
somit können nicht 5 Sterne gegeben werden.
Schade: mit kleinem finanziellem Aufwand könnte dies eine Top-Wohnung sein. Dies umso mehr, als die Miete ja auch schön hoch ist

Super Familienferien direkt am Meer!
Wir, drei Geschwister 59/58/56 mit Partner und fünf erwachsenen Kindern, zwischen 18 und 24 Jahren, verbrachten wunderbare „ Rudelferien“ in der einmalig gelegenen Villa.
Sonnenaufgänge, Yoga morgens am noch menschenleeren Strand, Lesen im Garten und gemeinsames Essen im Schatten des Hauses. Super!
Die herzliche Betreuung Vorort und ein verantwortungsbewusster, freundlicher und fairer Besitzer machen die Ferien zu einem entspannten und wunderbaren Erlebnis. Das Meeresrauschen ist einmalig.
Der Garten gross und mit Liegestühlen ausgerüstet. Die Küche gut bestückt mit genügend Koch- und Essgeschirr. Die Matratzen unter dem Dach für Erwachsene etwas dünn, aber für Kinder sicher voll ok.
Das obere Zimmer mit Terrasse und Dusche einmalig und sicher das Favoritenzimmer des Hauses.
Wir waren glücklich, fast zwei Wochen hier verbringen zu dürfen! Merci beaucoup!

Fantastiskt hus
Vi var 12 personer i detta otroligt trevliga hus. Läget är helt fantastiskt. Jättefin strand nedanför huset.
All utrustning var utmärkt.
Ett rejält hus med mycket smakligt inredning. Perfekt för barnfamilj då trädgården inhägnad.
Huset kan med fördel användas för mindre sällskap och då hyra bara en våning.

parfait pour une réunion de famille ou entre amis
Nous étions 12 amis dont la moitié d'enfants, c'était parfait: la plage est juste en dessous de la maison, sans route à traverser, le jardin immense propice aux jeux de cache cache + il y a à l'étage une terrasse bien sécurisée et un salon avec mezzanine que nous avions réservés aux enfants: le paradis pour jouer pendant l'heure chaude. La maison sinon est très belle, fonctionnelle pour les beaux jours et incroyablement bien placée. Week-end de rêve!

La situation géographique de cette location est vraiment parfaite impossible de faire plus près de la plage, orientation des terrasses plein sud, sur ce point c’est donc au top.
Cette maison est la plus ancienne du Cap elle a donc un certain cachet que nous avons apprécié, faisant oublier les quelques inconvénients.
La villa possède 2 appartements (1 par niveau) capacité de 2x6, cette indépendance est appréciable, tout est doublés 2 cuisines complètes, lave vaisselles, réfrigérateur, etc...
Les amateurs de cuisine pourront s’exprimer le niveau d’équipements est satisfaisant à mon avis.
Il faut aussi noter le très bon support de notre contact Christine qui est sympathique et a été très réactive lors de nos questions pendant la semaine.
Nous avons passé la semaine du 1er de l’an entre amis avec un soleil magnifique pendant les 7 jours, idéal pour des balades le long du sentier côtier, ce fut un superbe séjour inoubliable pour tous avec plein de bons souvenirs.
Nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

The house is located in fantastic position overlooking sea and beach. We appreciated the privacy of the upstairs apartment while kids played downstairs.The house is really nice with plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms and with a large garden.

We had a great time with our 4 kids. The location directly at the beach is great. We enjoyed plenty of sunshine, beach, swimming, restaurants, BBQ's, wine, shopping, karting, rafting, snorkelling, etc. - and there's a lot more to enjoy in the area.
The house is really nice with plenty of space, bedrooms and batchrooms. It could use a bit of maintenance here and there, but for a house at the beach we wouldn't expect everything to be in perfect state and for us this wasn't any issue at all.
We're very happy we had the opportunity to spend 2 weeks of holiday here!

The beaches were pretty crowded, but being right above one, we were able to have the beach to ourselves early in the morning. The view from the house is amazing and there are 3 tables there to eat very comfortably with that view. There is also a restaurant close by, but we didn't try it. Instead we ate well at the harbour and enjoyed some cocktails and crepes there too.
We holidayed with a couple of friends and our teenage kids brought friends too. My son fully appreciated the privacy of the upstairs appartment. They also enjoyed the nightclub scene across the other side. We mostly ate and played cards and soaked up the sun and view.
Our friends loved the house too and are thinking of returning with their family.
Slightly run down and wifi not amazing, but no big deal. Definitely a fun, charismatic place to stay and would do it again if in Cap d'agde.
Met the owners who came promptly to repair a door handle and they were lovely. Great.
