Laura Hills is set on the side of a hill on the edge of the town settlement, an ideal setting with views and tranquillity. However, donāt be fooled by the Vrbo photos and description.
3 week wedding anniversary celebration holiday ruined. Holiday cut short by 3 days; no earlier flights available. AVOID- hereās why:
ā¢ Ugly brown 2.75m high brown tarpaulin screen around almost half of the pool, blocking out view over valley- not in photos
ā¢ First week- dogs in shelter bordering property barking throughout the night disturbing our sleep(neighbour informed us it was a puppy farm); Nicos sorted this after the first week
ā¢ New house under construction at the bottom of the drive 80m away; the builders started as early as 6.30 am and finished at 3pm; weekends and bank holiday and one night included; noises excessively intrusive: tile cutting with grinders, cement mixers, drilling, chiselling, 4 hours of nonstop chain sawing one Saturday morning; radio on loud on roof at full volume; spotlight on shining right across onto the villa.

The villa is mostly well-maintained and clean but not 5-star quality,eg:
ā¢ showers are old ācubicle-typeā with mixer tap showers not thermostatically controlled, scald hazard
ā¢ there are several loose floor tiles both inside and outside the villa, trip hazard
ā¢ back door doesnāt shut easily
ā¢ bed in the main bedroom creaks badly

Tracy & Nicos were great hosts. We got a very warm welcome and they explained everything in detail. They also shared a lot of local recommendations with us. The house is big and the interior is fitting. You will at home. The outside area is nice as well. The view is great at day and at night. There are many umbrellas and shadow places. The pool is big and cleaned regularly. There is a green fabric fence to the neighbor which is not looking good and disturbing. But all in all we really felt comfortable. Thanks again!

My husband & I have recently returned from our holiday at this wonderful villa.
Tracy & Nicos were there to welcome us and show us around they couldnāt have been better hosts. The villa itself has absolutely everything you could possibly need. The sofas & bed were very comfortable and there was air conditioning throughout.
We had such a relaxing time, sunbathing around the pool (which was immaculate), whilst enjoying an early evening bottle of wine on the terrace with the amazing panoramic sea views. We didnāt want to come home.
We have visited Paphos many times and this holiday was blissful and one of the best, thanks to the high standard of the villa and itās furnishings. Looking forward to returning to Laura Hills next year. Thank you once again for everything Tracy & Nicos.

The property was very nice and well kept. However, the drive was exceptionally steep, to such an extent that we didnāt want to use it, and whilst the property has lovely panoramic views, it is located next to waste land, which is rather disappointing. Overall, the accommodation was very good and Tracy was very help in suggesting where to visit and eat.

We spent our first holiday in Cyprus here. The house is in a very nice location and offers a lot of amenities. Unfortunately the pool was too cold to swim in it. The renters were always very helpful and we didn't feel left alone.

The Villa is situated in a very quiet residential area of Pegeia, half way up a steep hill. It offers great views from different ancles across the hilly area of Pegeia, the mountains in the distance and the sea. Very well equipped and with a lot of space, living room, dining section, every bedroom with itĀ“s own bathroom. And a kitchen that offered everything you would need to do a good cooking.
In the evening you could choose from dozents of movies and books, including a lot of literature about Zyprus. All kinds of hints what to do and where to eat help you to plan your days.
Tracy and Nicos had even done some basic shopping for us and we got everything we needed for the first day - well the jam lasted the full week. A great service that made us feel even more welcomed and at home. Thank you very much for your hospitality, Tracy and Nicos.
The villa is a perfect basis for trips to lot of the historical sites at the south cost, for walks on Akamas peninsula and trips to the mountains. Pegeia has a nice center and is not overrolled by mass tourism.
All in all a perfect place that we can strongly recommend.

Totally Wonderful - a Real Gem!
We had the most wonderful week staying in Peyia. The villa is exactly as described in the details. The owners could not have been more helpful prior to our visit and during, on hand by txt- not that there was anything else at all that we needed.
Stylishly and very comfortably furnished- every detail has been considered! Numerous places to sit and enjoy the (fabulous) view, sunrise and sunset it. Lots very useful recommendations in the guestbook...just not enough time to explore and enjoy!

Super weather for the winter, although a number of restaurants were shutting for the winter
The villa was lovely and comfortable - the welcome basket on Saturday was a nice touch
The sun beds were really good and although itās not a heated pool it was kept very clean.
Towels were a bonus both for the bathroom and the beach

This was a lovely villa with 5 of us staying. The pool and terrace were great for sitting out and enjoying the sunshine and views. We did not feel the need to eat out as the house had all the facilities and comfort we needed. 3 lovely bedrooms each with their own bathroom and nice big lounge to relax and watch some dvds! I would highly recommend this villa.

Just fabulous.....
My husband and I stayed here beginning of September for 10 days and were so glad we booked this villa. This was our 4th time staying in a villa in Cyprus and by far was it the best. When we arrived, late at night, we were met by the owners Tracy and Nicos, they showed us around and told us how things worked, I thought this was a lovely touch as we never had that in any of the other villas we've stayed at and it really does help.
The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and you feel at home as soon as you walk in, the kitchen has everything you need, the aircon is brilliant and works instantly. The pool area is wonderful and totally private from the one neighbour next door, and the views are just fantastic, we would sit out most nights enjoying the tranquillity of the place.
The attention to detail from the owners ensuring you enjoy your stay and have everything you need is what makes staying at this villa even more special.
We will definitely be booking to stay here again.....i wouldn't want to stay anywhere else now!

We stayed In Paphos at the end of September on a family holiday (two adults, two children) and what a fantastic time we had. Cyprus guaranteed good weather and plenty to keep us occupied but we also tend to enjoy creature comforts and a home base. We didnāt go wrong with Laura Hill.

Privacy, only one close neighbour but not overlooked.
Quiet.
The pool is large.
All rooms are large and modern.
Fully fitted kitchen with all utilities.
Very good aircon in all rooms, extra quiet ones in the bedrooms.

Only one, you really need a car to get to it, but if visiting Paphos then youāre probably renting one anyway.
Great and speedy communication prior, during and after booking. Tracy and Nicos (the owners) greeted us at their villa at nearly 12 midnight the day we arrived. Very friendly, they showed us around, gave some expert advice on places to visit and plenty of local information.
The villa is large, spacious, modern, well-furnished and fully equipped in a great location. It has fantastic views of Peyia and is very peaceful. The swimming pool is large and was perfect for the four of us. Brilliant aircon throughout made staying inside very comfortable. Plenty of home-from-home comforts including English DVDs and TV channels.
Outside thereās a gas BBQ, plenty of sun lounges and balconies with shade to relax on. Various trees around the villa ready to pick the fruit from.
If you are after a relaxing holiday in comfortable surroundings, enjoy the water, some great views and peace and quiet, book this villa, it wonāt disappoint you.

The 18 days we had there were amazing, so private, quiet and just utterly relaxing.
The views from the villa were fantastic, every evening we just had to sit outside and look over the land out to see, so relaxing.
The villa was really spacious and comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Air conditioning was excellent and really helped us sleep on those hot Cyprus nights.
Loved the location of the villa, gave us a great 4 mile round trip for our daily exercise to the Banana Tree for a coffee and back, with the supermarket next door for the odd treat :)
We even walked to the beach and back, but was a lot more comfortable driving there, just a five minute ride to the lovely Corilia Beach.
Wish we could have stayed longer at the villa.

From start to finish this was a fantastic villa. Tracy and Nicos were great to deal with, loads of communication and really helpful. The villa is amazing! Really well equipped, maintained and clean. Aircon is great on the hottest of days. The pool equally so! The views from every part of the villa are amazing and uninterrupted. We sat on the terrace til the early hours with amazing views. The villaās kitchen has everything you need and the welcome pack was personalised by Tracy. Wine, beer, bread, cheese, fruit, cereal, tea , milk and more. Plenty to set you up for your first day! Little things like loads of bath and pool towels make the stay so much easier. There is loads of information available in the villa like restaurant reviews and things to do. With Coral bay only 5 mins drive away the location is ideal and really private. Not overlooked in any way. Heaven in Cyprus
If you take one holiday in Cyprus in your lifetime, make sure you stay at Laura Hills.
Perfectly positioned in the Peyia Hills, the villa is excellently equipped and extremely well furnished. Tracy and Nicos were very attentive hosts and we were provided with lots of information prior to arrival, making it seamless and allowing us to get straight on with our holiday.
Laura Hills is excellently positioned for Coral Bay but sufficiently far from the crowds. Peyia is a lovely village and Peyia Tavern is a must for a mess.
Would we holiday at Laura Hills again? In a heartbeat.

A wonderful, relaxing week
We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Laura Hills villa in Cyprus at the start of November. The temperatures ranged from 14 degrees at night, to 24-26 degrees during the day, making it a wonderfully warm and relaxing holiday. Tracy and Nicos were extremely welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities Laura Hills offered; morning breakfast on the terrace, exploring the surrounding area in the morning and back to enjoy an afternoon swim in the pool. The villa was perfectly situated just a short drive from many great beaches and offered easy access into the Troodos Mountains to explore the wine villages and monasteries. With a brilliant supermarket just along the coastal road, shopping was easy and whilst Tracy had provided an excellent list of local restaurants, it was too tempting to simply enjoy dinner at the villa where the amazing panoramic daytime views turned into a night full of twinkling lights. From the villaās elevated position, we even got to admire a fantastic firework display taking place on the coast. Laura Hills is spacious, well equipped and an extremely comfortable place to stay and we would highly recommend it to everyone.
