This air-conditioned residential apartment is located in a pleasant holiday village with its own laundromat. There you will find a terrace with lounge for an aperitif. A fitted kitchen area with induction hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge. A living room with sofa bed, armchair, television with Satellite channel. One bedroom with a double bed.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
A swimming pool and laundromat, for the exclusive use of the tenants of the residence.
There are only 50 meters to go to get your feet in the Caribbean Sea.

We stayed 5 weeks. The property manger gets back to you right away. Across the street from a beautiful beach. Can catch a ferry to shop in Fort-de-France. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery’s, fruit market, pastry shop, pizza shop. Close to a gas station if you rent a car. We rented a car to explore the island. Has everything you need in the condo. Lots of outdoor space to sit. Small soft bed. Small bathroom but good pressure and lots of hot water. Small fridge but good for a week or two. Remember this is a French island so customs are different. We were always treated well. Being bilingual is an asset as my husband is.We enjoyed our time there.

Espace extérieur agréable. Bien situé. Stationnement plutôt aisé. Clim appréciable vu les températures extérieures.
Attention SDB et WC accessibles uniquement par la chambre.
Bon contact avec les propriétaires.

Appartement très propre et aménagée de façon très fonctionnelle. Terrasse agréable et sans vis-à-vis.
Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas pendant la durée du séjour.
L’appartement est mitoyen avec la petite laverie ; Heureusement peu utilisé mais il serai bien qu’il y ai des horaires !
